I stayed at this hotel for two weeks and it was a great experience. The staff was hospitable and very helpful, the room is clean and comfortable. But, one person that impressed me the most was the Amanda, the general manager of the hotel. I had a suspicion someone may have hit my car in the parking lot and spoke to her to see if there were cameras. She offered to view cameras to see if the incident was caught on camera. Her service and hospitality is exceptional. She showed genuine concern about my property. She took the time from her very busy schedule to view cameras. Although we didn't find anything, I appreciated her for going above and beyond to help me. Amanda , thank you for your generosity and the passion for what you do taking care of guest at your hotel. You truly made my experience a good one.

I’ve never had a problem with Hilton or Home2Suites, but last night I found a roach in my room, asked the front desk if they had bug spray, killed that roach and woke up to 2 more DEAD roaches. I have no idea why there are so many but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. The couch had stains and all of this being said, I do not recommend unless they’ve treated for bugs. The filters were also very dirty. The only good thing was my family who was with me said they had a good breakfast.

Great bed and love how the Home2 Suites have an extra couch and a curtain separating the two areas. The bathroom was a little small but fine for one person. The breakfast options were good but the items were limited. I did enjoy the build-your-own yogurt station. There are also several restaurants in the area.

Hotel property was very clean and kept up. My only reason for a four of five star is the lack of bathtub. There was a shower, but as someone who needs to soak an aching back after physical labor this was a let down. I can see families with small children struggling with this too. Service was excellent, and a decent amount of amenities. I would stay here again on my next trip to Fort Worth.

Room was large but very dated wallpaper was peeling fridge and mirrors were gross. Room was not ready until almost 5pm and where we did get in the ac was not working in living area. The door did not close all the way on its own had to be pulled hard. Notified front desk was never address other than to say some rooms were like that. They use a very powerful deodorizer that is not a pleasant smell carries over the whole hotel.

Spacious, clean room with full kitchen, including a full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Pool is indoors, which is nice too. Free breakfast in the mornings had a lot of options available. Service was friendly and polite and the place was clean and in good repair.

I travel for work and spend about 200 days a year in various hotels all over the country. This one was by far one of the more chaotic, and not as clean hotels I’ve stayed in. First of all, when I arrived it was absolute craziness. Kids were running rampant and I mean rampant all over this hotel and it was after 10pm. The gym had kids in it just running all over the place and using the machines incorrectly and they were about 10-12 years old, not a single parent in sight for the hour and a half I was there. But the sign clearly states it’s prohibited for kids under 18 to be unaccompanied by an adult but nobody is enforcing this… so they run absolutely wild with zero supervision on any side. Then, the elevators are in use by these kids, so if you’re going to the 3rd floor, you’ll go to the 2nd, then the 3rd then the 2nd again, watching them press every single button because again, zero supervision… and unfortunately these kids were all on the third floor - right where I was. And even as I’m typing this, around 10 minutes ago there was a woman and her child basically outside my door in the hallway making crazy noise and now it’s after midnight. Which at this point I’ve resigned myself to the fact that I’m just not meant to have any sort of pleasant experience here. Then, I try to do my laundry. I realize I’m a few bucks short in quarters and I think okay no worries, just gotta head to an atm. I’m here for work and my coworker was borrowing the company vehicle at this time, so I couldn’t leave necessarily unless I wanted to walk somewhere and walking in a strange city in a state I don’t live in didn’t seem like the best idea. Well, I ended up having to anyway because there’s no atm in this hotel. I’m in my room now waiting for my laundry to finally get done, the bathroom has a funky smell to it, almost musty, and there’s a lot of dust in the room itself. So with it being a chaotic mess of kids until after 11pm, not super clean as a lot of the other Home2Suites typically are, and just overall not user friendly for people here on business, I don’t recommend this hotel… unless you’re 10-12 years old of course.

The one good thing about this hotel was the bed comfort. I've never slept in such a comfortable bed and sheets in my life. Moving on. This is a pet friendly hotel. Their cleaning standards however, are not on par for being a pet friendly hotel. Expect allergies from hell. Pack Allegra, Flonase, Benadryl and Motrin...expect bug bites, and sleeping in a room where dead skin particles from other people are blowing out of the AC unit. I checked above the shelves - they were caked with filth that had an oily texture to it. The AC filter had not been cleaned or changed probably ever, and I found dog hair in the kitchenette area on the floor. The couch in there was so dirty that I put a sheet over it. The cleaning staff are scheduled to clean your room every other day and this includes tidy of kitchen, vacuum, bedsheet exchange, etc. Our room was skipped multiple times and during the one month stay, was only cleaned according to their guaranteed standards one time. The washer and dryers there stank something fierce and didn't adequately dry my clothes fully. The front desk staff however, were great. They really went out of their way for me even putting away from grocery order for me. Gym is adequate. Pool was freezing at first. Had to tell the front that it was definitely not anywhere close to being a heated pool so they changed it and it was fine. Breakfast was about as good as a hospital or airplane food. Those waffles were great though. Overall this place has the potential to really be a public health safety issue. They need to sanitize those carpets and clean the shelves and AC regularly if I would ever stay there again.
