CLEAN and NEW property. Highly recommended! 👍
The staff was incredibly helpful. 💯
Common areas were clean and organized. Breakfast started on time, but ended earlier than advertised.
Good coffee. Clean gym with new equipment. 💪
The stairwell at the far east end of the property is not programmed for the HH app digital key. 🔐 The elevator works, but the stairwell doors do not.
Pros: really clean, great spaces, super staff.
Cons: I really only had one issue, which was that our air conditioner in our room wasn't working very well. The staff really tried to fix for us, but we ended up changing rooms.
The front desk staff was really accommodating. We spent the first 2 days trying to get our air in our room fixed, but the evening of the 2nd day we just requested to move rooms, which they initiated immediately and was able to keep us close by so the move was easier.
The spaces are great. The rooms are really clean. The hotel itself was really quiet and we really enjoyed the amenities of our room. Being able to stock snacks and drinks in an almost full size refrigerator was great.
Lots of space in the lobby if you're looking for a change of scenery from your room. The pool is small but it wasn't busy at all, and I love the outdoor seating area.
For us, our trip was centered around Dickies Arena so this was a perfect location, a quick 5 or 10 minute walk and you were there. It was nice that most of the walk is shaded too.
Uber to the Stockyards was super easy and there were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance.
It would be nice if they had a bike rental station at the hotel.
I would definitely stay here again.
In Ft Worth Cultural District. Excellent place to stay if you're ok with $170+/night & want to be within minutes of driving to downtown & Zoo. Within super easy walking distance to rodeo grounds, several museums & Dickey's Arena. Super clean suites with couch, full size fridge👍micro, sink, toaster, utensils, plates, cups etc. Any room near #416 will be right by elevator & ice machine, yet very quiet. Highly recommend for weekend or longer if you're on a business acct!
Friendly staff
Clean rooms
Free semi covered parking
$$ for great location in arts district
Texas shaped waffle iron!
HINT: When checking in/out with lots of luggage PARK ON LOWEST underground level (P button on elevator) so you don't need to carry your bags up/down a half flight of STAIRS from the ground level.
HOWEVER, if it has been RAINING park GROUND LEVEL as basements anywhere in DFW are prone to flooding.
Big decent rooms. Good location. And it is also great place to Catalytic Converter stolen. Especially if you have a Toyota Tundra. Can vouch for a few being taken. The management wasn't that helpful or concerned about it. So I packed up and moved.
Good hotel close to downtown. Clean rooms, friendly staff. However weird setup for breakfast and coffee. Low shower pressure and not lot of different options for breakfast like other locations. Free parking!
This place is located in a very strategic location. Quick access to I-30. Quick access to Camp Bowie, University Drive, and downtown. Many, many, many great things within walking distance especially for night life activities. Plenty of nearby shopping. The views are great if your street view. The hotel offers a wide range of breakfast options, including breakfast sandwiches. During the Solar Eclipse, they made unique gift bags.
The breakfast area had some issues. (no drinking water, no regular syrup, had to go to the back to get silverware) On the positive side, the workers throughout the hotel were so pleasant and helpful. Devan in particular went above and beyond. He is a great asset to this property.
