My mother and I stayed here over Christmas, and it was lovely! The room was clean and comfortable, had plenty of space, lots of outlets for chargers, a good sized fridge/freezer, and even had sulfate-free shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower (greatly appreciated!). There was a beautiful view of a field and some trees from our window. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and they had plenty of options. We brought my dog as well, and staff were very sweet to him. They have lots of outdoor space for walking dogs. We loved the Christmas decorations, some of them were even personalized for the employees which gave it a warm and inviting feel! Only thing to note is, while you can get a decent sized induction burner for the room, the skillet provided is very small. If you plan on cooking more than an egg or two bring a stainless steel pan or pot large enough for what you want to do.
Overall it was a great experience!
One of the most cleanest pleasant experiences staying in a hotel. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. On Phoenix, Right off of Rogers Ave. just minutes from everything. We had a very enjoyable stay!
Nice hotel if you are in the area. Clean and comfortable. Quiet and safe. It is centrally located near lots of restaurants, stores, shops. If you up to it and weather permits, you can walk to a lot of places from the hotel. And it is near the airport.
Having a kitchen is a great convenience and there is plenty of room in the room so you don't feel cramped or crowded.
Parking is free. The staff is welcoming. The common areas are aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast is meh, but it will due if you are hungry and it is included in the price.
Would definitely stay here again when visiting Fort Smith.
Although it was a fast turnaround because of family emergency, we had a nice stay
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice ,plenty of towels, glasses and other items for our stay.
Definitely would stay again.
Excellent property, super staff. These people know how to run a hotel. They maintain the property, the rooms, everything was great. Staff were helpful for finding restaurants and areas of interest. I would be happy to return to this property
My room was super comfortable, the staff was great and I was really glad to have had the refrigerator and microwave in the room! It was quiet and staying in a hotel for the first time, in my life, alone was a perfect experience.
Great place in all aspects. Nice breakfast options and friendly staff. This is definitely a top-of-my-list hotel when in the area.
New, clean hotel. “Beck” at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable of restaurant ideas for our dinner. |The room was beautiful, full size refrigerator, sink, dishwasher (cook top stove available- we didn’t need it), large bathroom, couch area, and 1 full size bed (we would have preferred a queen). |The free breakfast offered a large variety. Cook to order waffles, precooked egg assortment, toast and bagels, fruit. Juices, yogurt and toppings, white and chocolate milk, muffins. The entire lobby and eating area was very modern and clean.

The room was very clean. The bathrooms had Dove soap and lotion that smelled really good. The hotel breakfast was good too! And there are many restaurants near the hotel. I definitely recommend this Holiday Inn! ð
I thoroughly enjoy the wonderful soaps, body moisture creams, and chapstick. The scents are wonderful. Some of the chapstick is seasonal, which makes it fun.
I've been very impressed with how the instructors are able to blend discipline and high expectations with meeting kids at their level. Our child has made so much progress in just a few classes!
Impromptu walk today here. We actually parked halfway in the middle by the new rv park being built and walked to the steel bridge going left on the concrete trail. On the way back we stopped and turned down real trails and man we walked forever! At t
Iâve tried out all the rest of the anytime fitnesses and this one has felt most at home. Iâve made many good relationships here and I never have seemed to make progress at the other gyms. Brandon has helped me in many ways with my training, and A
This is our favorite boba place now! My girls and I happened to stop by on a whim after dinner and were very pleasantly surprised by the robot kitty delivery. Adorable!! The comfy atmosphere and overall vibe of the place is super fun and relaxing. Th
Great selection of seafood. Very friendly and helpful staff too. They were supper busy the day before Christmas Eve but boiled my shrimp for me when I had ordered it to raw. It was a little thing but greatly appreciated by me.
This was our first visit to the new restaurant which was previously the Rialto. The food was delicious, our server Vincent was outstanding, he is the best ! We look forward to our next visit. Great atmosphere, food and service !
We absolutely LOVE Timeless Oddities and Curiosities!! Having been long time customers and grown our oddities collection over the years purchasing items from the store. Almost two years ago our hedgehog passed and then this year before Christmas our
I have a great time here! The park is really flowy and fun to skate. Could use a bowl section and a manual pad but all in alll a great place to come skate. Pump track and walking trail along the river are also really fun. My only real complaints are
Dog friendly (leash required) and lots to do if you have a family or go solo. Nice playground on the east end for kids along with covered picnic areas. Clean restrooms are close by. The paved trail near the disc-golf parking area connects to Chaffee
