Stayed one night on our Florida Road trip. Room was huge and very comfortable. Our room was close to the road but we couldn’t hear any traffic noise.||Laundry was out of order which was disappointing as we had planned to use it.||Good location as a stopping point between The Keys & The Everglades.

Decent hotel with 2 queen size beds. Full size fridge in our suite. It is worth mentioning that the shower isn't part of a tub combo so we had to bathe our toddler in the sink but it was fine for 2 nights. Room was clean, towels provided. No complaints.

Our family spent two nights here and it worked out very well. We drove from East Tennessee and were looking for something just outside the Keys that would be cheaper. We drove back and forth from Key Largo one day and the drive was not bad at all.||This hotel is right off the main road so it is easy to find. There is a Cracker Barrel, Walgreens and Starbucks right in front of the hotel and a Circle K gas station across the street. There are other restaurants nearby and a Wal-Mart about two blocks away so the location is very convenient. The room was a good size and it’s nice having a refrigerator with an actual freezer. Breakfast isn’t extensive but it was just fine for us. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return.

A/c was out in the hallway and broken in our main space of the room. Another guest said they had the same issue. Fortunately, the bedroom a/c was working. Hair clump on the floor. Elevators were only on one side of the building. Breakfast was good.

Stayed here twice in the month of August 2024... I can say this place is a complete waste of night sleep... The beds are completely filled with static electric making my hair stand as I lay in bed.. last time I was here I slept thru it and asked to rectify before I came back later in the day.. back again and static electric again.... They want to move me but my stuff is everywhere and don't feel like packing it up.. they gave me new sheets to make my self.. same thing... I used the stuff under tv for guest bed and problem went away .. think they are cutting corners here.. last time I told front desk a dead bird was in the pool... The breakfast is awful and just not what it used to be... Gonna find a new place tomorrow! My plan is to warn people BEFORE they get here and also to never return! I'm extremely disappointed in this place

Positive: The room was nice and very clean Negative: There was no air conditioning in the hallways or elevators making it very uncomfortable inside the hotel.

I was nervous about staying here based on the reviews, but I really liked it! The check in service was great! The location was very convenient for our trip to the keys. There was a fun brewery next door that was great for my entire family, and a good local restaurant across the street for dinner. Didn’t notice any sketchy people around the hotel. The room was very clean and no bad smell. The beds were comfy and we slept well. The breakfast was okay. They were running out of some warm breakfast items, but they had very good oatmeal toppings.

As a Diamond Hilton member, I can say without any hesitation that this particular hotel and its Mgr, Carlo Lima, is the absolutely the WORST Hilton property I have ever visited and encountered. This hotel SHOULD NOT be apart of the Hilton brand! I hope @Hilton sees this review and will look into this further, especially the manager and his tactics. Booked this location based on its proximity to Key Largo however it is well worth the extra 30min drive back to Miami to stay and avoid this hotel. I am not sure why others have rated this above a 1 Star review however others have agreed with my assessment of the poor experience. I wished I had gather photos to share but please know that this is below par of even a poorly rated budget hotel.
