Home2 Suites by Hilton Fernandina Beach Amelia Island - Extended stay hotel in Fernandina Beach - 2246 Sadler Rd, USA

I begin by saying as Hilton Honors members, we already get an elevated experience when staying at a Hilton property. We wanted a last minute getaway and Home2 was able to accommodate us. The location is wonderful, on the main road and near the beaches. Staff are warm and friendly. Breakfast was okay, nothing at fault to this property but Hilton should spend some time on its breakfast offerings. Property itself was relaxing and clean. Rooms are fresh and modern. We traveled with our fur baby and it was quiet to the point she rarely awoke from her snoozes. Pool is nice and they have plenty of on-site amenities. My only other caveat to our stay is that it appears time to upgrade the mattresses. Quality night sleep but not the plushness we receive at other Hilton properties. Well done Home2 team on pulling off quality service during our stay!!!

Great place to stay for families and pets! The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are fairly clean, but the carpet could use a shampooing. The AC worked great. Good water pressure for showers. One of the better hotel breakfasts ranging from waffles, breakfast sandwiches, omelettes, scrambled eggs, etc.

Excellent location, very close to the beach, the rooms and the building in general were very clean and smelled good, the space and what it offers were very comfortable. The staff was very attentive and pleasant, Mrs. Elizabeth Cruz always had a smile on her face. The breakfast was not bad but I think they could improve it even more. I would go back again and compared to the hotels around it, for the price I think it is the best to consider, I can recommend it without fear of being wrong.

Easy walk to the beach, clean rooms and we like being able to have a fridge/freezer and the ability to make our own food. Next to a fun ice cream/ hot dog place that was super fun to visit as well! Would come here again!

We always have a peaceful wonderful getaway at this safe clean. Location is phenomenal close to beach & pool very clean. Next time will enjoy utilizing gas grilling some steaks . Staff go beyond the call of duty & always willing to make your stay positive experience. Thank You to All Team members

My wife and I booked a weekend getaway here at this hotel and had a wonderful time! It was located just a quarter mile from the ocean and just a few miles from historic downtown Fernandina Beach. We actually arrived two hours earlier than check-in and when asked if we could check in early, we’re told “yes” since a room was ready. Check-in was very quick and when we got to our room, we were amazed at the layout of all the appliances, not normally available in hotels, such as a dishwasher, half sized refrigerator, microwave, and even an offer to bring a hot plate if we desired to cook our own meals. The room was well appointed and we especially enjoyed the couch/seating area with a large sized ottoman to put our feet up and relax!||Our only complaint was the presentation of the breakfast, which was not your regular chafing dishes-buffet with scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, and sausage. What was available were prepared in advance, half moon omelettes, sandwiches with sausage, egg and cheese as well as plastic bowls containing scrambled eggs, potatoes, and peppers. It seemed a bit awkward, trying to open the case lids to each of these offerings, along with tongs to serve yourself. The made ahead egg bowls were very salty but the omelettes were better. ||Despite the latter, the customer service at this hotel was exemplary. Everyone we met from the hotel check-in clerk, housekeepers and food coordinator were all very engaging and friendly.||We would definitely stay again at this lodging

Love this location. Close to the beach and next door to an amazing dessert spot. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and so clean. Most importantly, the staff here are so warm and welcoming. The breakfast attendants are simply amazing and everyone we encountered, from the engineers to the front desk, were happy and helpful. We will definitely be back and highly recommend.

We always stay at a Home2 Suites, the staff is always so awesome and friendly, and they never give us any grief for having our Mastiff. People with big dogs should always stay at a Home2 Suites. Oh, and they always have a good breakfast! The colors in the room and around the hotel are cool too!!
