I would love to give this location a 5 however they don’t have a super welcoming front desk staff. Also the breakfast is very standard and the same everyday. However on the bright side the housekeeping crew was spectacular. They definitely kept the room clean, brought me extra towels and things as requested. They honored my do not disturb sign also. They even left me a note when I was gone and let me know they came by 2x to see if I needed my room cleaned. They are super friendly and nice. I was only able to get 1 of their names ( Cindy) but the entire staff of housekeeper was superb.

I had a complaint which was resolved by management the next morning without delay. The morning clerk was very professional, proficient, and nice. The breakfast was clean and tasty. I am moving to another state, moving is a very stressful event when I came from cleaning my home I was exhausted a warm shower clean linen and a nice clean room was exactly what I needed I slept like a baby. The hotel is located in a very nice area of Fayetteville NC. I have to admit it is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in and if I am ever in Fayetteville NC again it will be my spot

I can't say enough good things about this property and staff! The rooms and so clean and comfy, everyone is the sweetest and it is so well located to I-95 for our trips back and forth from Florida to NY! We make a point to stop and stay in Fayetteville during our trips because we are scared to try anywhere else! We like to call it our home on our way back home!

Great place to stay. Out room was extremely clean and spacious! The Fitness center has great equipment. Breakfast was good and the staff was so nice. The grill area outside made it easy for dinner instead of having to go out. ||We will be back to stay here.

This was a great experience here at H2. I'm taking one star off because it's a pet friendly hotel. And a part of my mind can't get over animals rolling around in the bed. So why did I choose this hotel?🫣 because I didn't My husband did🤣. The staff was on point and provided anything you asked for in addition to cleaning the rooms and sheets.

(HOUSEKEEPER WILL STEAL) I stayed at the hotel for about a week. During my stay several of my personal belongings came up missing. The only people that have access to my room is the hotel and housekeeping. When asks for assistance from the operating manager (Crystal Reed) she was rude and refused to help. Ask to see the camera. She also refused. In fact instead of handling the situation she chose to handling me. Staff did not take my complaints seriously.

Khairee at the front desk is amazing. When I arrived to check-in, he made me aware of a mistake that was made when I booked online. He immediately coached me through the steps to take to correct my mistake on Hilton's website. Within 30 minutes, everything was corrected, and I was in my room. The following morning, he called my room to inform me that the fully booked hotel now had an occupancy available for an additional night. The fact that he remembered me and went out of his way to tell me that a room was available was amazing. I'll definitely be back for another stay due to the elevated guest experience that Khairee provided us.

I had originally rated a 5 but had to change it. I was in a room on the 4th floor and it was fine. I had 2 months I needed before my repairs were done and had been there 3 weeks then they moved me to room 202 and it was awful. The toilets kept bubbling up smelly gas and I went to tell the clerk he tells me it's funny you are the only one complaining about it .. why would I lie. I told them repeatedly they snaked it but nothing happened and they refused to move me instead he told me "I'm lucky to have a room at all" like I'm a squatter but I just dropped $6000 on a stay already. I'm not a squatter! The smell was making us nauseous and giving us headaches so I had to cancel the remaining 31 days of my stay and go to another hotel. I've been at another hotel for 2 days and the headache has finally subsided. Upon checkout when telling the clerk I caught it in video that I was in fact not lying as implied he said he would take the room out of order. So let me see it's ok for me, my daughter, a 3 month old baby and 2 small dogs but for anyone else better fix it. Not happy at all.
