Home2 Suites by Hilton Elko - Hotel in Elko - 2572 E Jennings Way, USA

Very clean rooms. Everyone was super helpful. I love that they have microwaves and fridges. Very convenient but above everything else the staff was spectacular. Above and beyond in kindness.

Positive: We reserved an accessible room and it was an accessible room. Breakfast was yummy. Staff very nice. Negative: Electrical problems. Many buttons to operate window curtains, kitchen disposal, several light switches didn't work. Water in shower was cold. Some stains in middle of room carpet were of interest to our dog. She didn't contribute to the problem.

I stayed for one week and it was amazing. The complimentary laundry, cloud like beds, amazing pillows that I am going to buy for my bed, expansive complimentary breakfast, fitness center with peloton bike. My felines and I were very comfortable. This is more like an apartment complex than a hotel. And also…every single staff member I dealt with was so kind.

This place was really nice. I usually stay at the Hampton, but i am happy i chose this hotel. Very clean, and the women working that night was great. I forgot her name but she was super friendly and helpful

Positive: The room was nice and clean as was the lobby. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Negative: The bed was a little broken down on the side closet to the door.

I’m a member of Hilton honors and spending 35000 points to stay this Home2 location. I traveled from Denver to Sacramento and this hotel was third Home2 I stayed. It was only choice from the area and it was one of WORST from same brand from Hilton. We arrived around 6:30pm and divider inside the room completely gone as pictures showing. Room change was requested and the lady helped us says ALL BOOKED. I kindly accept what we can have since we drove over 7hours. We had no energy to argue with. There’s no manager on duty that night. Next morning, as my watch shows, around 8:30AM. There’s hardly any food filled or prepared for the guest. And oatmeal condition was nasty. As you can see, the fruits condition was terrible. I’ve stayed Hillton in many years as silver member, This is the worst HOME 2 experience that I’ve ever had. If I receive any hillton feedback, I will report it to Hilton Honor club customer service about the quality and negligence of all the services. I hope no one get bad service when they spend this amount of money or points.

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff. They go out of their way to make their guest feel at home. Make sure to allow plenty of time if you're calling Elko Taxi for a ride into town. They quoted 15 minutes but was really 45 to an hour.

Nice hotel but if you like a hot shower after a long day DO NOT stay here! I’ve stayed in this hotel twice in the past two months and the shower never gets past a luke warm temperature. Boo
