Customer service ( Jennifer) is great and nice. Warm welcome us. Our room clean and nice, microwave installed but the only thing that I noticed is the bathroom has no toiletries. The towels is not good material, not soft and thick but clean and nice.|Also, the next visit here will be a charge of $5.00 parking, I thought it's free but not anymore. Breakfast is ok.

I LOVE this hotel! The rooms are clean, convenient location, and have all the amenities....but the best part for me are the people that always greet and check on how I'm doing while coming in and out of the hotel. I have to say that Minnete goes above and beyond. She remembered my name from the beginning (I only stayed for 3 days). She always had a smile on her face and was truly in the holiday spirit. Like I said, I love this hotel because the people that greet you, make you feel welcomed and at home.

Excellence. Clean and quiet. Needed warm safe place before we leave for Alaska tomorrow. Parking lot is well lighted. Breakfast in the morning I m so happy to find a Hilton on my trip. Also the Hilton member discount. Thank you. Fron desk is so helpful and professional . I usually seek out a Hilton. My boyfriend is a cheap guy but I ll pay cause this is safe. I'm content

Positive: Front Desk staff was very helpful, courteous and speedy. Room was impeccable. The Front Desk staff even texted me to my cell phone inquiring how all was going after I left the front desk. I felt like a VIP guest during my stay  No complaints!

Very nice and clean!! Bret at checkin was wonderful - 2nd time we’ve stayed at a this chain and never plan on another hotel chain. Long counter tops, rolling desk table, lot of drawers for clothes, full size fridge, comfy beds and pillows- perfect stay!

All the employees (especially Minette) are very nice and helpful. Minette even offered to help us find somewhere to eat. The rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable. I’ve been to Hamptons with better pools and ambience, but rarely won this clean. We will be back!

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. I've always been treated very well there and enjoy my stays. Jennifer went out of her way to help me check in and even upgraded my room.

Great customer service! Was very friendly upon arrival and had an affable personality to them. Very positive even when they had to work during the Christmas week. They were also very informative with the hotel’s schedule during holiday hours!
