I have been traveling for over two years to the Dayton area. Each time I visited, I made sure to reserve a room at this hotel. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The accommodations are always clean and ready. The hotel is generally quiet without complaints. Jordan and Courtney keep the front desk running efficiently. Bryan the GM is always friendly and happy to accommodate any inconveniences or issues that arise. The hotel is in a good area close to the highway and many restaurants and shops. There is even a walking trail near the hotel which leads to a pond. The patio has a nice firepit for a relaxing evening. I highly recommend this hotel and wish my contract had not ended.

Perfect location to a wedding we attended. This hotel is really quite nice, the team was friendly and professional, the room was super clean, comfortable, great water pressure in the shower! Breakfast was also really good. Located next to many restaurants and stores, short walk about the front door. Loved the patio too. I will return again.

Great stay in a nice location. I previously stayed here for a month for work back in 2019 and was pleased to see that the hotel was still managed fairly well. Hotel is located at the end of a shopping center. Costco, Krogers, and other eateries are within walking distance. Rooms are typical of a Home2 Suites with a full fridge and kitchen area. Even though the hotel was full on the day of arrival, the front desk agents greeted each guest with enthusiasm upon check in. The washers and dryers at the gym for guests to use was super convenient ($2 for 30 mins wash). Breakfast was slightly chaotic. The breakfast crew couldn’t keep up with a full hotel so there was some wait time for popular items. This is probably normal for a Saturday morning at a popular location. Overall a great stay and super convenient location.

In July 2024, we needed to move my elderly parents and their small dog from New Mexico to Ohio for health reasons on fairly short notice and, not having room in our home for them, selected this location for them to stay while we arranged for them to move into a local senior community. They ended up staying almost 2.5 weeks while we worked to arrange for a new permanent home.||Throughout their stay, the staff at Home2 Suites were amazing, accommodating, and welcoming. They loved their room, the breakfasts, and spending time in the outdoor lounge area visiting with staff and other guests.||My parents are now happily settled into their new home, but we're so grateful to the staff at this hotel for how well they took care of them during a pretty stressful time for all of us, and I won't hesitate to recommend this location to friends and family anytime they come to visit.

My family stayed here overnight in two rooms. It seems like a fairly newer hotel, and both rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was a kitchenette in each room that we did not use, but would have been convenient if we had stayed longer. The breakfast was good, and hotel staff members were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

A convenient hotel in south Dayton near Kettering. It’s surrounded by a lot of commerce, including diverse styles and price points of restaurant, Costco, Kroger, Target, and many other stores. There’s an Outback in the immediate vicinity. Check in was very fast. The elevator was functional and quick. Our room was on the third floor, with a view of the parking lot below. We have stayed in another Home 2 Suites with the same room layout, so that familiarity was nice. Our queen bed was comfortable. The bedside clock was 11 minutes fast and we had no way to correct it because that function was locked behind a screw. The kitchenette had a good variety of dishes and utensils, which we used and tucked in the dishwasher. The fridge is on the smaller end of a full size, which was great! The freezer was a great size for holding many ice packs from our travel cooler. The bathroom was fine. The shower was easy to use and had attached dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which are so much nicer than struggling to get liquid out of tiny bottles. The toilet has two flush levels, but the light level couldn’t even flush a few pieces of bath tissue, making the heavy level necessary for everything. The hair dryer worked fine. There was no road noise within the room. The walls are thin, though, so corridors noise really carries; our hotel was fully booked due to a teenage sports competition that weekend, and unfortunately, they had no personal volume control when returning at midnight. We visited the breakfast buffet one morning. It has good basic offerings, like pastry to go, bananas and other fruit, and waffle irons. There were several beverage choices, including abundant coffee. We stayed here three nights in a row, and it was a very pleasant place. We'd stay here again.

Above average hotel rooms, but what really sets it apart is that the staff is extraordinarily friendly. They go out of their way to be helpful. Our room had a full kitchen: large refrigerator, actual silverware, plates, glasses, coffee cups, etc., dishwasher, microwave, sink (separate from bathroom sink). Cat-friendly. Impressive breakfast. Close to some walking trails if you want to stretch your legs.

We were in Dayton to see the Eclipse as part of a family vacation. The hotel was wonderful. The rooms were clean and neat. Service was excellent by the staff. They even provided us with glasses for the eclipse and held a cook out for staff and guests to enjoy the eclipse. We didn't have to leave the comfort of the hotel to enjoy the Eclipse!
