Home2 Suites by Hilton Dalton - Featured Reviews (42)
Wonderful overnight stay! We love Home2 as they accommodate pets. This newer location has a very generous green space for the dogs. Everything was so clean, and the staff exceptionally friendly. They've made some nice updates to the bathroom in this newer hotel in that the shower sliding door opens more fully and the mirror has internal LED lighting. We may stay again just to visit Dalton GA.
I was pleasantly surprised, as this place was a complete shock to me, especially being in Dalton. As soon as you walk into the lobby to check in, it feels very comfortable and inviting, with the cleanliness, newness, and open concept. My room was very clean, new, and super comfortable. Kim and her design crew thought of everything, even down to the outlet nightlight in the bathroom. Jaidyn at the front desk was extremely accommodating and super nice. The fitness center was exceptional, having the heavier dumbbells' I need when I workout. Great new equipment, super clean, and everything I needed. The breakfast was also very good too. Kim, if you read this, thanks again and I will be returning when in Dalton. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars regarding the location, is that many of the better restaurants were farther away, but that's nothing you all can help, but it wasn't as convenient as being 2-3 minutes away.
I took my sons here for a many vacation because my husband is working in the area. The hotel is very nice. I wish the pool was inside. The rooms are very modern and clean. The only downside is the rooms are not wheelchair accessible. My son is wheelchair bound but he couldn't be in his wheelchair in the room or access the restroom which is small. The front desk person tried to find us a room to accommodate but there are no rooms for wheelchairs. Other than the no inside pool for the kids and room not being accessible for my son. It was a nice place for other families.
I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel!! We were greeted by Stacia at the front desk and she was just lovely, patient and kind. She set us up with a room by an outside door so we could take our dog out promptly. Everything was very clean and breakfast was perfect. Wish I could rate higher than 5 stars!!
We went here for a softball tournament and got in late March 15th and were immediately greeted by the nice gentleman at the front desk. Rooms and hotel were spotless and customer service was spot on! You cannot go wrong with this property! Highly recommend.
The bed and pillows were clean and didn't smell. The room, bathroom and kitchen was well put together. I will definitely recommend staying here. |I went to work and Came back to a clean room with fresh bed sheets and pillow cases and the dishes I had in the sink washed and put up great service.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I came to the hotel around ten o clock a few weeks ago I was in town for work and I use a clc card for lodging where my company pay for my room. The first thing I asked the lady at the desk was if they accept to card. She said yes, said I only need to pay a $1 hold for incidentals and i need to talk to a manager in the morning about charging the rest of the week to my clc card. Now not all hotels take the clc card which isn't an issue but this lady straight up lied to my face had me swipe my debit card and said only $1 would be charged and it will be put back tomorrow. I check into the room get comfortable and check my account i had been charged for a full night over $200. When I asked the lady at the desk she said it was a hold and would be put back on my card in the morning by a manager and she left a note on my account. A manager was suppose to be there at 6am I had to be at work at 7 am and no manager was there at 6. I should have left then but I had no reason to think she was lying. When I talked to a manager the next day when I got off work she had zero compassion. I explained the situation and they only think she would say is they don't accept the clc card. She didn't even look at a computer before deciding she wasn't even going to try to help me and I had to pay for the room. So after going back and forth with this lady for five mins i ask since you won’t do anything I need to get my stuff out of the room. She then goes to the computer and checks me out before I can get my stuff out of the room. She treated me like thief and a liar even though I payed for the room and was told completely false info about the room. What make this whole experience even worst is that manager was the district manager so she is in charge of everything which explain all the miss information and bad customer service. After calling corporate they tried to bounce me back to the hotel staff on the phone and was only offer $50 for my in convince. Nice hotel but very poor staff from the GM all the way down. Never staying at this hotel ever again.
Title: Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality Review: From the moment we arrived at Home2 Suites in Dalton, GA, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, notably by Angie. Her supreme helpfulness and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a truly exceptional stay. The room we were allocated was spacious, far exceeding our expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. It felt like a breath of fresh air walking into such a well-maintained space. The shower deserves a special mention – it was nothing short of amazing, providing the perfect relaxation after a day of travel. Additionally, the suite came with a partial kitchen that was both nice and clean, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. This feature was particularly appreciated as it allowed for the convenience of preparing meals and snacks. A standout aspect of our stay was the attention to the needs of a modern traveler. The suite was well-equipped with more than enough plugs and USB ports for all our devices, ensuring that everything could be charged and ready to use. The thoughtful placement of tables on every side of the bed and a more than adequate workspace counter/desk enhanced our stay, making it easy to manage work tasks and personal items. In conclusion, our stay at Home2 Suites in Dalton, GA, was nothing short of five stars. The cleanliness, spaciousness, and thoughtful amenities, combined with Angie’s exceptional service, made for an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a touch of home away from home.
Rooms are beautifully kept, clean, great service. We loved seeing all the pets, even though we didnt travel with our own. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you for everything
Wonderful small brewery tucked away in downtown Dalton. They offer flights of FIVE beers rather than the typical four, so we had a chance to sample most of their offerings, which is surprisingly large selection. We found them all quite tasty, but esp
Coffee shop in a church, which isn't a thing for me but may be a problem for you. Yes, you can be a heathen and get your coffee here and even use the internet for an hour or two. On a weekday morning, it was quiet and I had no trouble finding parking
I came in for an earl grey tea latte and some baked goods. The drink and food were excellent. I was also impressed with the service. The woman who runs this cafe is warm-hearted and kind. I would definitely go back here for another visit.
I am so happy that I found this Turkish restaurant in Dalton . I have lived in Turkey for 10 years . When I go to this restaurant all memories came to my mind ( baklava , Turkish music, kebab ⦠) . The food is amazing . We ordered hummus and chicke
My family of 4 went here around 5:30 on a Sunday evening. We were immediately seated. The waitress and, I assume, the owner were very friendly and attentive. The dining area and restroom seemed clean. Some plates were brought to us by the waitress,
Went MTB, as 1st timer. Took two kids. Stayed off the extreme trails, but the rest were well-maintained and easy to navigate. Maps were clear and trails marked. Loved it!
Me, my husband, and my son couldn't be thankful enough to have found this place! We drive OTR and trying to make it home in time for thanksgiving with the family. We weren't showing to get home till about 10 tonight so we figured we might as well fi
Stopped in to try for the first time. Early dinner on a weekday. No wait for a table. Lots to choose from. I ordered the fried shrimp, my wife ordered the shrimp po boy. Both came out relatively quickly and were fresh and hot. No issues, will return
