Our experience with this hotel was fair. When we arrived at almost 6 pm, the front desk wasn't sure if our room was ready, when check is at 3 pm. Our room was okay, very spacious, but just okay. We had wallpaper in the bathroom that was welting. The caulking around the shower was peeling. The shower handle was wobbly. We found a few bugs hanging out (not roaches or spiders). The part that really got my husband and I was the workout room--none of the treadmills worked completely. We could not increase the speed on any of them. My husband was told that they were waiting on parts....looking back at the reviews, one from a month ago said the machines were down...soooooooooooo! He also said the weight machine had a screwdriver in the part where you select your desired weight. Get those machines up and going, some people like to use them when they're on vacation. The service staff at the hotel was great. We got towels when needed. At breakfast, the staff spoke and was very helpful, even provided my husband with sliced cheese.

Good location right off freeway. Quiet-ish room with comfy bed. No one was at front desk to check us in. Waited 15 minutes before someone finally showed up with no apology or explanation. AC barely worked. Cracked tiles. Dirty stained carpet and furniture. Large bug in bathroom. Breakfast was subpar at best: old cold nasty coffee, curdled creamer (in single serve container), only one serving of rubbery egg, etc. etc. This was our 2nd stay on our trip at a Home 2 Suites after a barely slightly better experience at a Colorado H2 Suites (where I waited 30 minutes for the only person at the front desk to get off a phone call before being helped). What’s up, Hilton? Both properties seem to be severely understaffed. This will be our last stay at any Home 2 Suites anywhere.

I would like to give a special thank you to Reina in housekeeping she is great and sweet and very professional. Moves pretty fast great customer service making sure we have everything we need in a timely manner. Thank you so much for making our stay here a breeze…the time has come for my family and I to leave everyone was so nice and helpful very friendly.

This was not a good hotel experience. The room smelled dusty, old and moldy. I sprayed Lysol several times but it did not help. The most positive aspect of this trip was the location. I informed staff of my negative experience and was promised bonus points but that did not happen. I do not have any intentions of returning to this hotel .

Would have loved an actual stove but there are several people who were above and beyond accommodating and took care of us very well. Yolanda was incredible at making sure we enjoyed our stay and Kierra went out of her way to help my mom when the computer was not working properly in the lobby. Even being short staffed Reina made certain we received royal treatment and I witnessed a customer get locked out of his room and Scott got out bed in the middle of the night to rectify the issue. Earbuds are provided in the gym but not all the TVs actually have sound and the treadmills don't go past 1.0 speed but being able to incline helped and that is really minor in comparison to the level of customer service received. Even Whitney was exceptionally friendly and I never leave a place and remember so many names but I would have no problem staying here again in the future.

Conveniently located near my business meeting location. Overall I had a very good stay. They have an indoor pool and a small gym. Unfortunately the treadmills were all broken. They have a Peloton bike but it only has clip in pedals so bring your delta cleat spin shoes. I would suggest to hotel management to replace the existing pedals with combination pedals that have toe cage on one side and delta clip on the other. Free breakfast included - standard hotel breakfast food. The hotel is only 5 years old so it is clean, modern, and still in good condition. They have a small snack shop at the front desk.

Great hotel for the price. Close to interstate. Clean rooms with partially full kitchen. The desk staff and breakfast staff we very friendly! The gym is a good size; out of the three treadmills only 1 worked but that’s not a big deal. Great breakfast. Overall nice hotel!

Nice location of hotel , stay was ok , but the breakfast was horrible! We stayed 3 days & every morning a hour after breakfast they ranned out of food or they were done cooking for the day.
