Great stay. I am a mattress checker at every hotel I stay in, everything was clean. I could smell the cleaner with maybe a hint of bleach, which I loved because it was clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean though we didn't use it. The mattress was firm but comfortable. Spacious rooms. The free breakfast was above and beyond the usual, with breakfast sandwiches, waffles, different types of eggs and much more. We only stayed 1 night on our way to the beach but I would stay longer if in the area. Pleasant stay, refreshing, clean and nice. The only con is the small road/turn in is very easy to miss.

Michael was a great front desk host and told us all about the area and places to eat. 5 stars there! The rooms were clean, modern and well equipped. Breakfast was amazing...I normally do not eat breakfast at the hotel, but this one was so good. Saved us 30 bucks right there! We will stay here again!

This hotel is a hidden gem, However, my stay was unfortunately marred by one issue - the cleaning staff needs to prioritize vacuuming the rooms as the final step of their routine! The sight of long black hairs everywhere was truly off-putting. It seemed like every time I walked into the bathroom, I encountered a large ball of hair in my path.

Stayed at this location on 6/11/2024. We checked into the hotel after spending the day at the water park in 90+ weather. Unfortunately, we failed to follow our protocol of checking the room when we first checked in. We went to grab dinner, returned to the room, took showers, crawled into bed & passed out from heat exhaustion. Next morning, while checking the room to check out, we found mascara on the back of one pillow & foundation on the back of another pillow, along with a small stain on one of the blankets. My niece took pics, reported it at the desk as we left. The manager, white female & housekeeping manager, Hispanic female, both looked at the pics , claimed no way & stated they were going upstairs to check immediately & would call back. My niece called back to see if they found the issues in the room, 5hrs later, as we live over 4hrs away in another state. The person that answered the phone was Very nasty to her, told her, we made the mess & told her we were liars. She then told my niece they were Not giving a refund & implied that we were the type of people who destroyed rooms then wanted refunds & they were not giving one. First & foremost, we Never requested a refund, we accepted our mistake of Not following our protocol to search the room upon entry. Now, I'm Hilton honors & I worked for Hilton 20years ago. Hilton never treated clients this way but my warning to all darker skinned people, Please be wary of this location. The way my niece was spoken to over the phone screamed Racist. Please take pics when you enter & when you leave this location. We will Definitely take pics from now on at All hotels because of this one location. By the way, they could have easily rewound the video & saw NO makeup on any of us we were openly called liars & accused of doing the damage.

I work at a hotel myself so I have high expectations especially new properties! This property met every one of them! The rooms were very clean with modern technology. Breakfast was much better than I was expecting. The housekeeper on floor 4 was such a sweetheart! The man I spoke with at the front desk (I believe his name was William?) was very gracious with switching rooms types for me! Not a single bad thing to say about this property! Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about stoping for the night!

Upon arrival we were greeted by an awesome front and clerk named Chip. He was extremely kind and considerate and very welcoming. His boss needs to know they truly have a treasure in Chip. Hopefully, he will be recognized for his dedication to his job. Fast check in and check out, very knowledgeable about the area. We highly respected his kindness to us. Chip called to see if everything was okay in the room. It was more than okay. Chip will be the reason why we will return. Thank you, Chip. Hope others get to meet you as well as we did. We have definitely thought about his kindness to us since our stay in April. Huge Thanks to Chip! Rooms are very clean and large. Lobby is so beautiful and spacious. A great place to stay. We stayed overnight while headed to the beach on July 13, 2024. Great place, very clean, modern yet cozy. Definitely recommend. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Pleased with breakfast options. Near several restaurants.

Excellent location and service. New building, very clean and quiet. Check in was very smooth. Coffee bar was a wonderful for after dinner. Staying weekly for a while and feel at home. Travel by myself and felt very safe. No complaints and nice stay every time.
