This worked well for us as we were 2 families traveling together. We wanted a centrally located place to get to many of the tourist attractions like Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak & the Manitou Cliffs Dwellers to name a few. Also wanted reasonably priced lodging. I booked 2 rooms with 2 queens for our 5 night stay. Each room had a pull out couch. Our rooms were side by side on the 4th floor. There were lots of drawers & cubies to store our clothes. The kitchen had a full size refrigerator, dishwasher & microwave. Having an indoor swimming pool was great. I think our grandkids went swimming every day. The hotel was clean & quiet. The front desk staff were very good & helpful each time we had questions. Oddly our bathroom sink's water pressure was not strong which didn't quite make sense since the shower had & kitchen sink had good pressure.

Looking back, I would pick a different hotel for our stay in Colorado Springs. I would rate this hotel as just average. It is a newer building and the room was the typical layout for a Home2Suites, which works great for a family with four kids. However, I didn't feel it was adequately staffed. There was one person on the front desk at check-in time and for the rest of the evening. So whenever someone needed something, like bedding for the pull-out or towels for the pool, that person was stuck at the front desk. This has been a problem at Hilton hotels since the pandemic to be honest. Similarly, at breakfast, there was one very hard-working lady trying to fill everything that was running out. They just need more staff when the hotel is fully booked (as it seemingly was). Also, I didn't love the area. There was a Target nearby and a Chili's restaurant, but not much else. Overall, I just would recommend a different pick.

Adequate, pillows were not the greatest. The bathroom sink barely had any pressure, it was hard to even brush your teeth. Sink was cracked and moldy. Shower was good, the shower head was adjustable! Major win here for the girls with thick hair. Comforter had cigarette holes in it. Coffee station wasn't filled regularly during our stay, ran out of sugar and cream. Breakfast line was meh, it was 6-8am week days and 7-9 weekends, so we missed breakfast our first day, its frustrating when hotels do this varying times, some people still get up early on weekends. The whole area was curtained off, so we couldn't even grab some fruit to take with us. Usually there is a small grab and go at most hotels before the official breakfast opens. The waffle mix was a strange color, like had black stuff mixed it. I watched the staff fill the container and it was all like this. It tastes fine, but that was strange. They only had apples for fruit, only had regular milk and yogurt. Eggs were watery. We usually enjoy the standard Hilton breakfasts but this wasn't on par. I believe this hotel has been open about 5 years, lots of stuff in the lobby felt new. Our room had plenty of space and felt safe in the area. We would stay again if we were in town and needed a place (it was a fair amount cheaper then the Hilton nearby) but just set yourself appropriate expectations.

This trip was unexpected and very stressful. My son had gone suddenly into ICU and I flew to Colorado Springs expectantly. The staff was very gracious and kind. Sophia and Mandy especially went out of their way to make my stay as seamless as possible. The hotel is very clean and modern. I really appreciated how quite the rooms were and that it was not near a busy highway. However I 25 was close by.

This hotel was ok. Breakfast varied each day. Mealy red delicious apples were the only option on Thursday, but Friday included a small bowl of blueberries for topping oatmeal and a banana - we grabbed the last one and they never replaced more. I wish there had been more consistency in offerings along with a variety of fruit. Eggs were all microwaved items. Some days milk was offered in a large pitcher, other days cartons available. Bedding was very cheap polyester sheets and very cheap thin blanket. Staff seemed stressed and tired. The pool walls were covered in mustard algae so we didn't really want to swim there. Dishes in our suite were visibly dirty.

Spacious rooms, very clean, nice modern decor & amenities, comfortable beds. Gym was small but well-stocked, pool is indoors and small but fine. Good blackout curtains. Could hear some noise from neighboring rooms, but people quieted down around 9pm and were respectful overall. The air conditioning was great, it kept us cool during a heatwave and the AC controls were easy to use. Tiny market in lobby for snacks. Nice easy location from 25, close to many restaurants, close to zoo and Olympic center, 20 minutes from Garden of the Gods and Manitou. Room has full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, sink, basic kitchen supplies; hot plate upon request. Loveseat in area with dividing curtain. Table on wheels pulls out for desk space with a modern office chair. Hot breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage links, skillet potatoes, made to order waffles, hot oatmeal, apples, muffins, toast, prepackaged bagels, yogurt, milk cartons, 3 types of cereal, 3 types of juices, toppings for oatmeal (fruit, nuts, peanut butter, chocolate chips), coffee & tea. Other reviews said they did not restock the food, but they did if you waited a little while. 24/7 in lobby are free apples and coffee/tea. A little pricey but worth it for the AC alone.

I am in a wheelchair and traveling with furbabies, my rv broke down. This place was such a blessing and we loved it. We chose it as our next spot too and just as happy here. The handicap rooms are so nice. Can't say enough good things about my experience here. A safe port in my storm. Grateful.

We stayed here one night and loved it! The next night we attempted to camp out and it was terrible and wasn’t going to work. With 3 exhausted kids in the middle of the night, I called the hotel and asked if they had an open room. The system was down and the lady at the front desk went out of her way to find reports and manually figure out what room was open, called me right back and got us into a room at around 2 am. I really wish I had gotten her name. She was so kind and we really appreciate all she did to help us. I am sure she was frustrated with her system being down but her frustrations were not evident in her customer service!

My bride and I enjoyed our stay immensely. It took a lot to coordinate a wedding and therefore didn’t get to spend as much time as we wanted to at Chateaux as we wanted but the evenings were filled with romance due to the ambiance of the house. Th
