So this may be a long review but me and my family stayed here, my dad was in hospital for somewhere around 15 days and we did not expect to be there as long as we were, this hotel… was amazing on behalf of me and my family we want to thank Ray A. and his team at this location for being the most generous and helpful people we could have possibly met while we were there. We could not be more grateful for the hospitality and support we were shown, they were so understanding with us about extending our stay and being the most loving people when they found out our dad passed away if I could give a higher rating for this location I would there’s not a better place you can stay from the cleanliness of their rooms to there pool and breakfast everything was impeccable we thank you guys so so much! From your guests in 401 we thank you so much!!! Please stay here if you want to be treated like family!

The room was spacious. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable though. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. The laundry area has detergent and dryer sheets readily available which was nice. The fitness center also has a peloton bike! I did have to cut my stay short due to a burning smell in the area. The front desk staff offered to move me to another room but the hotel was booked full. The smell was coming in from outside and it was very noticeable in the room I was staying in.

I had a great stay here. The location is perfect—just a ride to several restaurants and a movie theater. It was so convenient to grab dinner and catch a movie without having to go far. The hotel itself was clean, and the staff were friendly. I’d definitely stay here again!

Clean hotel with great facilities. The gym is well equipped and has a beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast has a good amount of choices and is fresh. There are more desireable hotel locations in the area, but there are a number of things close by to be fine. Rooms are clean and spacious.

Recently took a trip to Colorado Springs and stayed at this Home 2 Suites. 1 hour from Pikes Peek 18 mins from Garden of the Gods & Canyon Train Ride Staff: Very accommodating, very nice. Spoke with Lee & Rashad a lot during my stay and they were both very kind and funny. Lee was working 12 hours and still had an amazing attitude. Also spoke with the nice lady in the kitchen and the manager during breakfast one morning and had a pleasant talk with nice laughs about the newly designed hotel. Location/Rooms: The room we reserved was equipped with a full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes & cleaning supplies for dirty dishes. Room was spacious and has a table on wheels which was nice to enjoy dinner at on the couch with a nice table. An ironing board was also included in the room and you can sign into your Netflix account which was enjoyable at night. In the morning you can open your curtains to see the clouds covering the top of the mountains - it is a GORGEOUS view! Location was close to restaurants, gas stations, Walgreens and not far from a highway. Hotel Accommodations: The hotel has a coffee and tea station in the lobby all day as well as a computer/business area with open access. Pool (no hot tub) but was very clean. Gym was fully loaded and very clean. Recommend 10/10.

stayed here as part of my time away from home. it was a very nice room. it had plenty of counter/working space. the bed was very soft and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

New building, very large comfortable rooms with full kitchen. Hot breakfast in lobby is included. Indoor pool and exercise facilities. Quiet location close to a cinema and pub. Enjoyed my stay here.

This is our go-to place in Colorado Springs. For what you get for the money it is a great value. The general manager, and all of the hospitality employees are great. Breakfast is good. Plenty of coffee and tea. The fitness center is enough to get a good pump.
