We had a nice time on our vacation. The breakfast and cleaning crew would bend over backwards for you. The day desk was so sweet!! The pool was nice. Now, the reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I informed the desk that I was bringing my service dog. The first thing they wanted to do is have me fill out a pet contract. Then my "neighbor " of 3 days had a dog break said contract and bark nonstop from 6am until the end of the day. The hot tub jets were not working as well. Honestly, I was mostly out of the hotel. It was only the first people I met and the dog barking that bothered me. It is a beautiful hotel.

Room was nice, 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. We had space for 5 people in one room and didn't feel cramped. Only problem was only 1 elevator seemed to work and it smelled like cigarettes/smoke but there's signage throughout the building that it's a non smoking facility.

Full sized fridges??? In a hotel room???? WITH A FREEZER?????? WOW. Since this place is so new, it's a little bit fragrant with paint and other construction smells, but those will dissipate with time. A little disappointed in the non-openable windows, but that's just because my cat likes to smell whatever state we're sleeping in for the night (and the paint stank.) Clean and quiet, felt safe in the room as well as with the parking outside, and it wasn't too difficult to find the hotel itself in the weird twisty area that it's nestled into. Would stay again (but will wait a little while for the new hotel smells to go away, for personal sensory reasons.)

Amazing new upscale property, this really sets the tone for Home2's in the area. This will be my new "home base" when I come to the Springs from now on! Its so convenient to the airport and makes business in and out an ease. I have been excited about this property opening for a while and I love it.

Really clean rooms, friendly and nice front desk staff, large rooms as well. So originally we booked a king suite in the Radisson with our 2 dogs, ones a service dog, the other isn't, and they tried to give us a downgrade to a really dirty king room while trying to convince us that it was an upgrade. And they told us that since we "booked with really good rates" that the price wouldn't matter. Which it definitely does... anyways, we checked the room and it was filthy so I canceled, called chase travels and rebooked this hotel. Then my husband went in to get the name of the lady who did the refund and someone tried to tell us that we should say both our dogs are service dogs but I'm not about that lying life. Upon entering, it was a whole 180 feeling from what we experienced with the Radisson. The front desk staff here are super sweet, friendly, knowledgeable, non judgemental and helpful and they didn't make me feel weird. We're in the process of moving right now so I look like a homeless person. I felt extremely judged at the Radisson due to my appearance. 10/10 would recommend. Literally even the other hotel guests seem better here. Birds of a feather I guess.

We had a great time here,clean room best service,Kayla at front desk was great,she even send welcome text and then check on us again,how was our stay going Housekeeping staff did great job as well.

Nice hotel with large rooms and great location. Only complaint would be the walls were thin to where I heard the neighbors

Amazing new location very well designed and the staff is amazing. I think this is the best new hotel in the area and I can’t to stay at it more!
