Hotel was very clean, breakfast was well stocked every day, and staff were great! Nice to have the pool to use and some covered parking spots. We visited National Parks during our stay and this made a great base. Always appreciate having the full fridge available.

We stayed for 4 nights. Location and room were ok but the service was poor. No sheets on the bed as we arrived, phone didn't work, cleaning staff vacuuming the hallway at 7 am, cleaning staff left pile of linens in our room after cleaning, no towels by the pool and the worst was the breakfast staff "blowing" crumbs off the waffle iron with her mouth!

We checked in Saturday around 5pm. They gave us a room at 3rd floor. We got and and the room smells like sweat and sour. So we called the front desk and got transferred right away. Our 4th floor room is better. However, we didn't check at first, there's a roach inside our room. Sad, but I wish they were more meticulous in checking the rooms.

I travel for work every week and I've stayed here quite a few times. My only complaint is that as a diamond Hilton member they never offer an upgrade to the room. But it's comfortable close to the airport.

It was a cool stay at the Home2 Suites. Always can rely on this brand. We had a ton of space in the room. The location fantastic. It's next to a Starbucks, McDonald's, Movie theater, Target, Costco, Walmart, and more. Only bad thing is that there was a large stain on the carpet and on the room sofa.

Just one night but the staff was super nice and room was great. Staff went the extra mile to help store some bikes over night. Would stay here again if we ever needed to be in the area. Room was clean and spacious would recommend for business and family travelers

I just stayed at the Hotel on Tuesday, April 23rd and had an amazing experience! I landed late, and immediately canceled my Lyft because they weren't able to pick me up for 30 minutes. Amazingly, there was a shuttle to the hotel alteady there, almost like it was waiting for me. The concierge was so nice and the room was modern, spacious, had a kitchenette and was clean. I enjoyed a late workout and they had very nice dumbells that go up to 75lbs, so that was a first for a hotel. The gym equipment was new and clean, with towels and a water cooler. Just awesome! To cap it all off, they were able to shuttle me back immediately upon request and the nicest young man was even willing to STOP AT A JUICE STORE FOR ME TO GRAB A JUICE AND A QUICK BITE!!!!! Talk about AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was astonished that he would be so kind as to put my needs ahead of everything he was doing and take me on-the-spot and furthermore, stop so I could get some much needed nutrition after my morning job. This prevented me from a poor choice of overpriced airport food. Overall, it was this act that made me feel welcomed and cared for and I really enjoyed being treated with such a high regard. This young man will surely succeed with any career involving customer service and relationships. I Have been traveling for work since 2004 for the military and my current job and have never had such a perfect hotel stay. This will be my hotel of choice every time I have business in Fresno. I won't even look for another hotel as long as they have availability. Thank you for the experience and please let the shuttle driver working today know how much his kindess impacted my day. Guest service is non existent. Cockroaches in room and the front desk says they water bugs?? SMH. Room showing some other guest name and NO Remote. Front desk brought 2. Broken remotes. Shame on Hilton. No more.
