What a great hotel in a nice location! The property seems fairly new. Loved having the sink/fridge for extras. Front desk staff were very nice and professional. Travelled with our pup. Rooms were fresh and clean. Housekeeping staff were friendly in the halls. Overall, an excellent stay and would definitely visit again!

I've been staying at this property whenever I've been in the Cleveland area since 2018. I'm extremely picky when it comes to hotels. The vibes, the smells, obviously the cleanness. The staff here have always been very warm, friendly, and willing to help. This is honestly probably the cleanest Hilton I've ever stayed at, and you'd still think that it was a new property. Whenever I've run out of toiletries, needed any kind of assistance, they've been on top of it. I can rest assured that I never have to worry about room changes or finding another property when I stay here. This place honestly feels like home. Thanks!

Room was great and very clean. Staff was friendly and very personable. They made you feel as though you were best friends with them. The breakfast was ok with the exception of the biscuits. You could tell they were from the previous day cause they were cold like they just came out of the fridge. Nice selection of restaurants nearby. Would stay here again.

Great location right off the highway and within walking distance of 3-4 restaurants with lots more a short drive away. The front desk clerk seemed disinterested, and this hotel apparently does not provide the gift bag of water for Silver members unlike the Hilton property down the street. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only negative was the extremely hot water in the shower - I ended up standing off to the side and doing a "sponge bath" as it was too hot to stand under no matter how I adjusted the temperature. If we had been there more than one night I would have moved to a new room. Breakfast was good - well-stocked and plenty of options.

I have stayed at this location a couple years ago and loved it. My recent stay has changed my mind, I will be looking for somewhere else to stay if I need to return to the area. Other reviews mentioned the attitude of the front desk employees, they are correct! If they keep going with their attitudes with guests they won’t have to worry because no one will want to stay there. This is just the “beginning” of your wonderful stay here. Not one of the front desk employees smiled or treated me as a welcomed guest. You will not be greeted as a diamond member, you will be told no upgrades and to top this all off they do not offer the digital checkin or a Bluetooth key card. You may think you are checking in on line but they make you stop at the desk to verify who you are, they never issue a remote key card. They will break your weekly rate into multiple charges instead of the initial charge you usually get when you check into a hotel. They said those will all drop off and it will only show the final charge, I sure hope this is accurate. The room appears to be clean but has mold in the shower around the handles, the shower floor is stained dirty, one bar of soap on the vanity no lotion. If you move something on the kitchen countertop there is visible dirt lines around what you move, the coffee maker was disgusting on the inside it was visibly dirty inside, the top of the coffee maker had smears, crumbs, just disgusting! The bed sheets were clean, this was a positive, the floor didn’t appear to be dirty. The fridge door had hand prints, smears from the last guest or past guests that was never wiped down. If you stay here bring your own sanitizing wipes. I took pictures if I can post them I will. I would not recommend this hotel nor would I return.

Had to find a hotel for a last minute business trip. Clean facility, clean room, quiet. Close to lots of food options. They don't clean the rooms every day, can't figure out what their schedule is as it wasn't cleaned for 3 days then was cleaned two days in a row. I have heard dogs in the first floor rooms so be aware of you have allergies.

Had a disappointing experience with this location. We were greeted by overwhelmed staff when we arrived. We arrived early, so we didn’t expect to be able to check into our rooms. When we approached the front desk though, the staff seemed annoyed to even speak with us. When we arrived at our room, there were dead bugs at the front door. Not a huge deal as the rest of the room was clean and comfortable. Totally understand that they were busy during our stay since it was the Browns game, but we didn’t feel welcomed at all by the staff.

I planned a trip to Ohio and stayed at home2sweets by Hilton and was a fantastic choice. When I should I was greeted right away and the front counter staff was very helpful at check in. The lobby was very clean as bell. My room had everything I needed and clean as well. All the staff there was friendly and struck a conversation like they new me forever. This was a perfect choice for a hotel stay and was very pleased with the service I was provided
