Great spot... nice newer hotel. Rooms were perfect size for my family of 4 plus our small quiet dog... breakfast was busy for a Saturday morning, but variety of food.. Pool wad closed when we arrived on a Friday night (bummer cause we wanted a swim). Overall decent price for a Friday night.

Worse place I have ever stayed. They were friendly but did not follow through with contacting noisy guess or changing rooms of inconvenience guess by the noise. It took them sometime I counted exactly 17 rings before they would answer your call & they just would hold the line. My room was booked for me and my kids 4 months ago and my room was on a different level from my small kids. I had to request a room change and wait until it was cleared. That was an inconvenience also because I called a week in advance before arrival to confirm my rooms. The staff seems to be very unorganized. I will not give this establishment a recommendation or book here ever again. HELL NO.

There are so many things I like about this hotel. It has a great room and includes a full kitchen with a dishwasher! Expensive hotel though. I normally wouldn't pay that rate but I had a free night. The TV was large but I didn't like there were no live tv channels, just streaming. And I was disappointed with the breakfast. Hampton inn is less expensive and yet, has a better breakfast. This hotel does have a free electric car charger.

I stay with Hilton, on average, 1-2 times a month for my work. Hands down, this was the absolute worst experience and stay that I have ever had with Hilton. From the moment that we attempted to check in where the young gentleman with pink/blue hair couldn't find my reservation and gave me a terrible attitude until I showed him the details on my app, to not having a working refrigerator for the duration of our stay, all the way to the moment we came back to find our room unlocked and the door propped open with all of our towels missing. I took these concerns along with the multitude of others the the district manager for which he was apologetic and offered to gift us 50,000 points for all of our issues. It's almost a month later, and I've yet to receive them. The singular positive during this unfortunate stay for my family and I was the very good breakfast. I would absolutely not recommend this place for any families unless you are in a serious bind and can't find anything else in the surrounding area. Additionally, this place is not a true representation of the Hilton brand, and I hope nobody takes it as such.

Perfectly fine property— however, if you are a HILTON HONORS member, they do not give the standard upgrades. Also, it seems that rewards points can’t be used here. Each hotel is individually owned, a franchise, per se. The owners can make this choice whether or not to give that respect, which makes no sense— what’s the point of being a loyal Hilton honors member if not all properties give these perks? I’d never stay here again because of that.

We chose this hotel specifically for the outdoor pool because outdoor pools are hard to find in the Louisville area. I booked 2 connecting rooms for 3 nights, which isn’t the cheapest option, but again they have an outdoor pool. After arriving back at the hotel after a day in Louisville we passed the pool area, which was filled with kids and adults. My kids quickly went upstairs to change into their suits, apply sunscreen, etc and by the time we arrived back down at the pool there was a big sign saying it was closed. This was the middle of the day, not pool closing time. We asked the front desk who wouldn’t give us details about when it would reopen. Later on that evening we finally got an answer from someone at the front desk who said the HEALTH DEPARTMENT shut the pool down due to “non-compliance”. We asked people who were in the pool and they said they were just told to get out. There wasn’t an “accident”. The next day the pool was still closed and another front desk worker said it was closed because of an accident, which was a blatant lie. The pool was closed 100% due to their lack of compliance and apparent uncleanliness. The pool never reopened during our 3 night stay and my kids were extremely upset. Our rooms weren’t very great either, but I would’ve let that go if that were the only problem. They were very dirty and “wet” feeling. My kids took their shoes off and walked around in their white socks, which turned black on the bottoms after only being there for a few hours. The bathroom in one of the rooms had a nauseating sewer gas smell and the toilet moved around when sat on. For the price of the rooms this location is far from a “budget” hotel, so my advice is to definitely stay somewhere else.

Very pet friendly. Gave us treats and bowls. Great breakfast options. Comfortable beds. Great size little kitchen in the room. Pull out couch worked great for our teenagers. Felt safe at this location. Would for sure stay again if in the area.

We stayed a night here while in town for softball games and had a good stay. The hotel is pet friendly which is essential for us. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had a decent breakfast. It is a little awkward to find without gps down an access road but is still 5 minutes away from restaurants and the main road. It is easy to get back into downtown Louisville if your stay takes you there. Our only complaint was the tiny pillows.
