Simply the best hotel ever! The rooms are very spacious and clean. Hallways, pool area and gym very clean and well kept. Services prompt, and thorough. Service manager, Eddy Alma Was very professional and helpful.Breakfast was good and coffee is always hot. I will definitely be back. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate book this hotel!

Right opposite the sprawling Mall of Georgia, this is in a quiet neighborhood. Large rooms equipped with a Fridge, Microwave and a mini-kitchen make this very suitable for long stays. The staff are friendly, warm and helpful. Presence of a gym, swimming pool and a self-help laundry help as well. The only thing I would say is that the very tasty breakfast spread could do with a little change and variety from day to day, it becomes monotonous after a while.

I am from Australia and recently stayed at the Beaufort Hilton Home Apartments for an extended period. As expected of a Hilton establishment, the hotel boasts high-quality amenities, including exceptional food and a swimming pool. I wish to highlight my experience with the personnel, particularly. I would like to extend my appreciation to Eddie, the hotel front desk manager, for assembling such an outstanding team. They are courteous, professional in their roles, and impeccably presented. The housekeeping team radiates warmth and friendliness, evidently taking pride in their work. Aury, Evis, and their colleagues maintain an exceptional standard. At reception, Michelle and Elizabeth stand out for their excellence, greeting guests with remarkable smiles—Michelle receives my personal winner for her beaming smile, closely followed by Elizabeth. I also had the pleasure of meeting Mike from the maintenance department, who has fond memories of his time in Australia and is a delightful person. My thanks go to everyone for creating a welcoming atmosphere; it truly felt like a second home, and my stay was thoroughly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel. On a lighter note, the hotel is pet friendly. However, queries about housing elephants and tigers were humorously rebuffed, citing practical issues with elevator size and guest safety. Thus, only companion animals small enough for your vehicle are welcome. My sincere gratitude, Bruce

*** review edited to say that this still has NOT been resolved. I have talked with the supervisor, Eddie, twice and also Tee at the front desk. Both of them state they have issued a refund. But my Chase bank has no record of this. The refund hasn’t even showed up in pending. There are still two charges on my credit card for only one reservation. I am very frustrated and very disappointed!! I recently stayed one night and while the rooms were nice and clean, I was charged twice for the room. I tried to online chat with the front desk, and once I stated my problem they never responded and I am still waiting on a call back from the supervisor. This was an advance purchase, so I was initially charged at time of booking and then charged again at checkout. This still hasn’t been resolved. Do better Hilton!

There are four handicap parking spaces and around forty free parking spaces. The hotel is in excellent shape and well organized. The building looks almost new. The staff is friendly and helpful with a tendency to be knowledgeable about the different amenities offered at this hotel. The hotel sells no medicine in their store, but you can get drinks and food items here. The rooms are clean, and their is a full sized refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will want to return back in the future.

Our team stayed here for a baseball tournament and this hotel was very accommodating! Very clean! Pool and grill area were very convenient! Tiesha was also extremely nice and made sure everything was taken care of for all of us. Great place and we will be back!

A maintenance person came to my room to deal with a problem. He was extremely rude and condescending. I reported this to the checkout person upon leaving the hotel. He acted like he didn't know what to do with the complaint. Finally, he offered to pass along the complaint to his manager. As I was walking out the door, he threw in, "Is there anything I can do to make it right?" Sorry, too late for that. For the record, no manager ever contacted me about the issue. This is one disappointed Diamond member who won't be staying at this specific hotel again.

The breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from. The location was convenient to what we had going on that weekend. Manager on duty was kind, helpful, and apologetic when our room wasn’t done cleaning even though check in was at 3pm. If you have young active children, I recommend you don’t stay here. The walls and floors are thin that the people under you will complain about it. You can hear the dog barking down the hallway, people running/walking in the room above and in the hallways and the doors near you shutting. Received a call 2 in the morning saying there were numerous complaints about us being loud but we were all dead asleep! Also got there at 3 pm to check in and was told our room wasn’t ready. Waited an hour, still wasn’t ready. Had to leave and come back around 6 or 7pm and room was finally ready. Overall, our stay was okay. Manager was friendly and breakfast was good but wouldn’t stay again.
