We just returned home from a short getaway with our children and grandchild, what a fabulous hotel to stay in, the rooms were spacious and check in was so easy. All the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The entire place was spotless including the pool and area around the pool. Breakfast was very good and they kept it replenished with fresh food until everyone had eaten. I would highly recommend this hotel !!!!

Convenient location at the mall and close to the airport. The bathroom door lock was broken. They asked via text if everything was fine. I reported the lock problem. There was no response/action. The kitchen didn't have a cooktop. Breakfast was nice, with decent options.

While I normally do not rate hotels, the Home 2 Suites is the exception. We stayed 7 nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The location was excellent for us as we travel in multiple directions to visit our sites. It was only about 30 minutes from any of our destinations. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to any need we night have. If we are back in this area, this will be our hotel of choice.

Quietest hotel I've stayed in. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast needs some serious help. Coffee and juice was good. English muffins and the rolls for sandwiches were hard,not appetizing at all. Bacon was microwave bacon and looked & tasted that way. Most hotels have scrambled eggs and pancakes. You can toast your own muffins and roll as well. No banana,just oranges and apples. Overall for the cost of the room they could spruce up the breakfast end. Otherwise... great place to stay. Very quiet room and overall restful stay.

Home2Suites by Hilton was a welcome beacon during a very crazy travel experience for hubby and me. We were booked in another hotel that lost our reservation. Then we found another hotel - by luck! This ended up being a second disaster - as, they were oversold. Finally, we landed at this lovely hotel, and were helped by super kind staff who got us a room fairly pronto at nearly midnight! (Did I mention it was the same weekend as the Total Eclipse!!) The room was lovely! Breakfast was also very plentiful and fresh. We saw the pool and workout center - and they looked well-managed and not too busy. The location is five minutes from the airport and there appeared to be a shuttle. There were activities in the lobby (as they are a "duplex" hotel with TruU). There also is free parking.||Again, thanks to Stephanie, Anayah (sorry if misspelled), and the managers who helped us! A 10/10 for customer service!

I gave this a lower rating because we have stayed here years prior, but this time we had some “Hiccups”. |We brought our daughter and grandson to the zoo and stayed here. |First thing: Upon check in, (around 3:20pm) I was told they had given away our rooms away, that I had selected on my app. I selected rooms away from the highway and top floor, for a reason. No noise. (Rooms 407 & 411) |Second thing: our air conditioner didn’t work in my husbands and my room (room 310). The girl at the desk (she was very sweet) desperately tried to help us. The temp stayed at 74 degrees until the wee hours of the morning when it finally went down to 68 degrees. |Third thing: our room was on the side of the highway, so we heard vehicles and motorcycles all night long = for no sleep.|I requested a different room to no avail. They were sold out.|Our daughters and grandsons room was perfect. (Room 313). It was on the opposite side of the building = no noise and their air conditioner worked. ||Positive things: The employees were very kind. Room was nice and clean. ||I may think twice before staying here again. I hardly slept at all. Too warm in the room and too much noise from the highway. ||We did appreciate the staff though. It’s not their fault things weren’t working properly .

This hotel is in a great location, central to most tourist destinations and close to several restaurants. Both the welcome desk staff and the breakfast staff were all very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast selection was very good. The rooms were very spacious. Which is why it is such a shame that we had such a terrible stay at this hotel. First, the room. The beds were absolutely terrible. The mattress felt like sleeping on a rock and the pillows were so thin that your head went right through them. Even stacking two pillows had no effect. The rooms thermostat had a cooling fan that could not be shut off and the vent was near the beds so no matter what you did with the temperature you still felt chilly at night and the blanket was not warm. The dishwasher was very loud and ran for a long time. The cleaning staff was not good. The night that we checked in the recycling bin still had trash in it. The next day we had to go to the front desk to get dish cleaner because the staff forgot to refill it. From the third night till our fifth night (checkout) they did not make our daughters bed and on our last night they did not make either bed. In addition on our last night they also did not take out our kitchen trash and instead of properly refilling our toilet paper and paper towel they set them on the counter still wrapped. On the last day of our stay despite checkout being at 11am we received a knock on our door from the cleaning staff at 9am asking if we were leaving yet. We got another knock at around 9:45am and again at 10am, after which the maid proceeded to stand outside our door until we left at about 10:15am. Lastly, the hotel was under renovation during our stay which we were not made aware of when we booked the hotel. Despite this it was very quiet. However, since we were there for a week we intended on doing our laundry before we left. On our third day the laundry room and fitness center were tore out and the welcome desk staff apologized to us, informing us that they were not notified that renovation in that room would be taking place. As a result we had to take our dirty laundry home. I would not recommend this hotel and we certainly will not be staying here again.

Positive: The person who checked us in, moved our stay by one day since we reached the hotel at 5am so they actually moved our stay from the previous day booked to the next day. person at breakfast buffet let us pick stuff up even when we missed the breakfast time. Negative: None.
