Positive: 9/10 times I can count on Home2 Suites being consistently clean. The room size is always a great thing! Negative: This is a personal choice and probably picky, but I did not like the juice options at breakfast. Just give me good ole apple and orange juice.
I travel a lot and this hotel is the cleanest, has the coolest indoor/outdoor pool, largest TV in the room, the a/c had a brand new filter in it,
and the best customer service. The room I got was a kitchenette and I couldn't find a fault. Waffle House in the same parking lot. Awesome awesome stay.
Our AAU basketball team booked here for a tournament. I want to express my gratitude!!! It was truly the best Home2Suites experience we have ever had. The staff members were exceptionally kind and helpful, the pool area was perfect, and the hotel maintained a fresh and clean atmosphere.
My sister, her dog, and I traveled to Texas stayed here as our almost halfway point.
The customer service was a 6 Star out of 5, and the room was perfect.
Pet friendly, breakfast was 4 out of 5.
The pool and grill area were the BEST I have ever enjoyed as far as any small non- resort hotel chain I've ever experienced in my life!!!
Front desk was friendly up-to-date facility very clean and felt very safe. Lots of places to eat. Front desk even suggested places to take my husband on our date. Nice local get away for the night we enjoyed great food and a movie and a nice quiet room .
Have you ever booked a hotel based on the photo's and information given about it, only to arrive and nothing is as it appeared? Well let me tell you that it was so delightful to arrive and find everything EXACTLY as pictured on their website! I must admit I have been a long time fan of Homewood Suites, however this was my first time staying at Home2Suites. After researching the difference I decided it was a perfect fit for my current need. They totally met, and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it! The only negative I would add would be that if you want quiet in your room at night, make sure you are not booked a room on the 2nd floor over the pool area!
Great rooms. My opinion of staff has improved. They are friendly and greet me by name. The location is convenient to me for work, but is set way back from the main roads.
The rooms are modern and the building is only 1-2 years old. The free breakfast is way better than Comfort Suites or the like, but it’s still sub-McDonalds. That’s a joke.
Positive: My experience with this hotel was extremely enjoyable.. looking forward for the next vacation Negative: Cleaning services came into my room without Knocking and identifing who they where.. everything was ok but still concerning
Awesome experience, beautiful lobby, great prices, easiest process to set up a storage space and autopay setup was a breeze. I love how they have cameras and climate control, and they have specialized locks for even more safety and security!
This was my first visit here and it's honestly the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had, and the coffee was great, too! I had the Bodega Breakfast Sandwich and a Mayan Mocha - - O M G!! I was also talked into getting a side of side of potato wedges

This really is a great playground. There are so many fun areas to play for children, all easily visible while walking on the path that goes around the playground. All fenced in, the bathroom is inside the enclosure
