Area felt very safe and building external areas were clean. Room was clean and FELT clean as well. Free breakfast was awesome. Bed was comfy. Staff was kind and A/C was great. Hot water in shower and kitchenette in room. No complaints! Did electronic check in and check out through the app - simple and quick. The location is very convenient.

My family and I stayed at this location for 3 months. Every person (minus 1 front desk lady and 1 cleaning lady) had wonderful attitudes. They were kind, patient, friendly and quick to resolve, answer or direct me with any question I had. I enjoyed every single friendly smiling face that greeted me from the front desk. My 2 year old also enjoyed waving to them. My husband loves their Old Bay Wings (it’s definitely an interesting taste that I’ve grown to enjoy myself). I recommend anything on their menu the bartenders were all amazing. Chefs kiss to them.! Thank you to the whole staff of the Home 2/Hilton on i95.!

My husband and I stayed at this Hotel this past weekend. When we arrived to check in there was a lady in front of me in line and several others behind me in the line. The lady in front of me had done reservations for several family members who have NOT arrived at the hotel and the person waiting on her should have said until yout entire party has arrived with their credit card information or ID I would need to go ahead and check in these other guest but instead we all has to WAIT at least 20 minutes or longer because all the other people had not arrived at the hotel in the other party. Then after we finally checked our room the room had adjoining doors to another room and that door was broken and didn't lock. Had to go back down stairs to let the front office know about the door was moved to another room and the microwave was very dirty and no TV remote . Needless to say we didn't have a great experience. Best thing was the air conditioner worked and we had a restroom. I have stayed in Home to home many times but the customer service at this one was Very poor including Jonathan the person who said was over the front desk. Also after waiting in line for 20 minutes seeing the front desk give everyone in front of us a bag of water then when we checked in no water was offered however I did ask for it and if looks could have killed needless to say I wouldn't be writing this. Before you book look around for other options if you want good customer service.

We were impressed by the room cleanliness at check-in, but disturbed to find a roach in the room on the 2nd day. We were able to get it into a ziploc bag to bring to the front desk. The representative didn't seem surprised and didn't offer any resolution. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great but the staff acted new. The Salmon we ordered from the restaurant really was not fresh it tasted old. The coffee machine was not working and there was no flavored creamer. I stay in Home2 all the time traveling for work. This one really didn’t have all the stuff that makes the breakfast great either. Seems like this one is just cutting corners.

Everything was perfect from the moment of our friendly check-in. The room was immaculate and came with both a seating area and kitchenette. We were on a dog friendly floor which I will keep in mind for future visits. I loved the room darkening shades. We didn't have time to use the indoor pool, grill, or gym but everything seemed to be in good repair. Breakfast was well stocked and yummy. I may sound spoiled to say this but the only things that could have been better would be a dark roast option in coffee.

Large rooms with a lot of space right off I-95. Perfect for the traveling family! The free breakfast no longer includes scrambled eggs, but Bidenflation has caused the price of eggs to skyrocket, so it's Biden/Harris's fault, not the hotel.

Perfect spot off the interstate. Rooms were clean & spacious. My only complaint is the breakfast area. The plates & silverware are right by the waffle maker. There was WAY too many people gathering & reaching over to get plates/utensils. & then dropping batter all over the place. They need more staff as we had to wipe down our own table -always travel w/ lysol wipes! I do recommend eating at the Nakorn Thai place 2 miles away
