Excellent location and easy access to downtown (about 25 minutes) and about 15 minutes from Indy Speedway. The area is very nice with many food/restaurant options. However, what made this trip fantastic was the incredible and friendly staff. Always helpful and making every effort to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Even the maids went the extra mile when our dishwasher didn't work and we were waiting for the maintenance personnel to fix it, the maid hand-washed each item without me even asking. The room was exceptional and spacious for all 4 of us. We stayed on the first floor which made it very convenient to grab some complementary tea or coffee. We are planning to go back in the area and will more than likely select this hotel.

We stayed in Brownsburg for 8 nights and this was a really good place to stay. It is well located near the main roads and next to many restaurants and supermarkets. The room was comfortable with all amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body lotion) included. The kitchenette is useful for preparing simple food and reheating leftovers , with washing up liquid and kitchen towels etc provided. The mattresses were very comfortable and shower room spacious with plenty of clean towels. There is a laundry room with washers and dryers costing $1.50. We didn’t go in the gym or pool but they looked clean. Hot drinks are available in the lobby all day and we enjoyed breakfast. It was fairly simple but plenty of variety and we particularly enjoyed the waffle makers, though there weren’t many vegetarian options in the hot counter. We were staying on the south side of the building which was mostly very quiet.

The customer service was excellent. The room was very nice and clean. It was just in a somewhat noisy area. Breakfast is 6am-9am and by 8am they were already out of the fresh waffles so they put out frozen waffles. They didn't have orange juice and they ran out of milk. Not the end of the world. My main issue was the fact that the pool was closed. We were there on a Sunday and they said it probably wouldn't be reopened until perhaps Tuesday. That was a real bummer because I specifically chose that hotel for the pool. All in all, I would recommend it.

Haven't been to a Home2 suite for over 2 years. This place is newer and it is a great location. It would have been a five star, but the room floor was not cleaned and not wiped down with a few area stains between the window and the bed. I didn't bother to take pictures of the floor. I usually bring my own large lint roller to all my hotel stays. Please see attached pics...I went through 4 lint roller sheets (only took a few pictures). The roll out table I wiped down had stains on it, meaning they didn't wipe it down after the previous customers. Very interesting, during my stay I noticed that the cleaners mop the whole room, but not sure why my floors were not wiped??? The chemical i smelled from cleaning the floors while walking down the hallway was very strong that it burns my nose. But they did great when a young baseball team stayed there and the kids were running around the hallways and making sounds that sound like someone breaking a wall. I called to check when quiet time was and it was 10pm. They got the kids to stop making a racket on the majority of the floors, which was much appreciated as we had a early morning the next day. The service was great when I called about someone smoking weed in their room and it was coming into my room...the front desk immediately sent someone to use a large garbage bag to get the smell out of the hallway. The only challenge was asking the cleaners for something that's not towels was a big challenge as I don't speak their language... should have used Google translate. But overall, the stay was very nice...I feel Hilton is getting better with hospitality compared to Marriott and IGH. I love the big space in the small suites. I like the clean laundry area, 3 washers and 3 dryers, big space as it's shared with the workout room. Has a lot of space to fold your clothes.

This hotel was perfect! Friendly staff and beautiful spacious rooms. I was traveling for work. The receptionist accommodated my coworker and I by shuffling reservations around to put us on the same floor. I got a double queen room with a couch and dining table on wheels. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a full kitchenette with a large fridge and freezer combo. The location of this hotel to my Work was perfect. There is also a Walmart and Kroger nearby for all the essentials.

I’ve stayed here twice now, both decent times. First visit i had no shampoo then my second time staying, I had no shampoo or conditioner then they refreshed my room and did not leave any toilet paper in the room. The floors were also dirty. Front desk is always eager to help, seems the housekeeping staff are the ones that need serious improvement.

Horrible stay. The room across the hall had dogs. They barked all day on Thursday. Notified front desk at 9:30 pm. At 10:00 pm dogs still barking. Called front desk again. The front desk clerk asked if we would knock on their door. I said that was their job and I was not doing that. The owners of the dogs were not in the room and did not return until after midnight. The guest was not walked and they were not held accountable for ruining our sleep and the guests around their room. The dogs were quite until Saturday morning and started barking again. ||I have been in hotels full of traveling baseball kids that were not as noisy and if the kids got noisy the front desk did something about it. ||I received automated texts from someone named Linda during our stay, welcoming us to the hotel and then the next day asking how the stay was. I responded and explained the problems with no response. Why waste my time with the texts if you are not going to respond?||This was definitely my worst hotel stay in a long time. The team failed me and the other guests that were subjected to this.

This is obviously a brand new hotel. Clean, exceptional layout in the 2 queen (more like full/double) and pull out couch with kitchenette. Fully stocked dishes, dishwasher, utensils, and large refrigerator/freezer- even a toaster and corningwear. The manager was exceptional upon check in, finding our lost reservation and a room for us from her home. It was fixed right away with minimal delay getting into our room. Unfortunately for this location, we stayed at one in Tennessee and I would take the little older, well used version over the customer service and breakfast at this location any day. First, the pool was closed due to needing the chemicals adjusted - guessing an accident happened. Problem was we were there on a Tuesday and no one was coming to fix it until Friday. We specifically chose hotels on this week long road trip with a pool for our kids. They can’t control accidents etc, but not having someone on standby to fix it for 4 days leaves guests who paid for that amenity unable to use it. No compensation was offered. We weren’t even told about it at check in. The other thing we weren’t told was the hours of breakfast. In Tennessee it was open until 10. Here it closed at 9. Ok, it was what it was. What was horrible was the employees response when I asked if more sandwiches were being put out. She said they were out, and it closed at 9, not 10 when I was confused. I mentioned the Tennessee location and lack of consistency and she pointed to the tiny sign on the wall across the room from where you check in (so you would literally have to walk over and read it while checking in to know) and said they had a sign, she didn’t know what more they could do. Plus the breakfast was tiny compared to the other location-missing little considerate touches like paper to go bowls etc. We may or may not try this location again. We were so impressed with this hotel before we specifically sought it out again. It made the responses by the staff all that more disappointing.
