Good location. Quiet. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Nice room setup with microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Warm indoor pool. Smelled and looked clean. Staff friendly. Easy parking. Would be fantastic if there were a jacuzzi by the pool. But other than that, it was perfect for our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

The room was very comfortable, including the bed. We requested a couple extra pillows and they accommodated us quickly. The surroundings of the hotel are very pleasant with a big pond to walk around and get some fresh air. The breakfast was very good, especially the malted Belgian waffle. Most hotels that have waffles nowadays are generic soft waffles even if you try to cook them longer. These waffles were crispy on the outside and light and airy on the inside. Which to me is the way a Belgian waffle is supposed to be like. The staff was very friendly and quick to offer any help. The room was clean and smelled like it was brand new. Very nice stay!

I have no idea how this hotel has this high of a rating. I checked in around 9 pm at night, and walked in to a filthy room. Hair in the shower, dirty rag on the sink, sandwiches and other trash in the garbages, sticky countertops, dirty blankets. The manager did not try to make it right. I ended up checking out early, but apparently wasn’t actually checked out until after 7 am the next day. If you want to feel grimy, stay here. If not, probably go to the doubletree down the highway.

Great stopping point for us on our way to WI from TN. Very clean, friendly staff. Large rooms and a good selection for the free breakfast. We didn't get the chance to use the pool or hot tub, but looked nice a well taken care of

Incredible. Just incredible. No words can explain how perfect, this hotel is. No wait, there are two words: Home. Two. This place is literally a second home, complete with a pool, gym, laundry room, and a kitchen! Well, the rooms come with a kitchen. The gym, pool, and laundry are located in other parts of the building. Speaking of the building, its very modern and clean. Even the phones you see on the elevator lobbies. I've never seen a telephone with the keypad ON THE RECIEVER ITSELF. And the gym, its amazing. Most of their equipment comes from one brand, except the two peloton bikes, which are cool. Rooms- The rooms were way too comfy for me to describe. The first thing you see when you walk in is the mini kitchen to your right(depending on your room, it could be a left room or right room), complete with a fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. And the room comes with some dishes to use. Ceramic though, so, careful. To the left is the bathroom, which is pretty spacious. Big mirror with a good sized shower. My only issue is that I guess for more space, they used a sliding door for the bathroom, and it doesn't lock. But hey, easy fix, just don't let anyone in. Next is a couch, which becomes a bed when pulled out. And yes, it comes with pillows and sheets. You have two queen sized beds(I'm actually not sure of bed sizes, I'm guessing), a closet with a curtain, and a curtain in the middle of the room to divide the beds, and the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Oh yeah, and a TV. There's also a table hidden under one of the countertops, which can turn the living room into a dining room. Theres also another tiny one hidden under the table by the couch. AND AN OFFICE CHAIR. But overall, the rooms are perfect. Service- most of the service was self done, we didnt order room service for anything, so we didnt really need that. But they do replace the coffee table alot. Its always full. Overall a great hotel for anyone, familes, couples, and business trips.

Worst room condition in a Hilton branded hotel. Just disgusting. I have given a lot of thought before writing this review. I checked in late one Sunday night on a cold snowy day back in mid-February. The room I was assigned (# 212) had a foul odor upon entering that late Sunday night. I have keen sense of smell and this foul smell made me feel nauseated. Within 15 minutes of arrival, I found the source. It was dried up feces smeared on the middle of the glass sliding door in the restroom. I was super tired flying into Chicago, driving into Normal late at night and this is not what I expected from a Hilton brand. By the way this was not the only thing that was wrong w/ the room. Plates that were in the room had dried, crusty food waste still stuck to them. I immediately requested a room change. The front desk clerk apologized and gave me room 213 just across 212. I requested that his general manager reach out to me but I hadn't gotten any call backs. Then on Wednesday, I got to the hotel a bit earlier and saw the gentleman who seemed to be the GM of the hotel. I asked him if he was aware of the incident and he said he was. Only then, he started apologizing to me about the condition of the room and to see if there was anything else he can do. I was pretty upset that no one followed up but his apologies seemed sincere and he had offered points for my huge inconvenience.(he didn't specify how many but i think enough for few nights is what I gathered from the conversation. Okay, fine. So, I thought. I am a busy professional and I travel at least 5~6 times a year. I really don't have time to deal with this nonsense. Well, the GM didn't follow through with his promise. 1. I am very disappointed with the Hilton brand. 2. I am very disappointed that GM had not followed up with his promise. 3. Condition of room 212 is totally unacceptable in any Hilton hotels, or any hotel as a matter of fact. Yes, I have gone back to Normal, IL but I am never going back to Home 2 Sui

Upon arriving in our room I noticed the toilet was dirty and so was the microwave. I called the front desk and was told it wasn’t a housekeeper onsite. I said well I guess I will clean it myself. I always come to a hotel with cleaning products.The sheets were very itchy. I went out to Target and purchased bedding. The room was cold and so was my in-laws the guy told them they were try to save on energy. Not worth the money you pay.

Helpful kind staff and delicious breakfast. We love Home2's because they are so consistent from location to location state to state. Makes road trip so enjoyable knowing you can rest easy about your accommodations.
