Home2 Suites by Hilton Bellingham Airport - Featured Reviews (698)
I expected A LOT more for the price they were charging for a room. This hotel is really just a motel with an indoor hallway. No real lobby or entry, just a counter. Cheap accommodations with cheap finishes. The location was fine but other than that, this place gave me no reason to want to return. I was especially disappointed with the breakfast. We arrived in the lobby around the middle of the breakfast period and there was not much to eat...all the "food" was gone. I was left to eat a packaged muffin and Trix yogurt. When hot food finally arrived, it was 10 minutes past the time when the breakfast was being served so they began to take it back as quickly as they set it out....really? Find someplace else to spend your money.
Stayed at this property in August 2024. The pool was closed when we wanted to use it, the fire pit did not work the night we wanted to sit outside, people living out of their cars in the hotel parking lot (we didn't feel safe), but the worst part was the shower, the water was normal at the start of the shower then the water became scalding hot and could not be adjusted to a normal temperature. Had to rinse soap and shampoo off with the scalding hot water in order to get out of the shower to change to another room. The Front Desk person was sympathetic to our concerns and tried their best to help but with no maintenance working on the weekend nothing could get fixed. Still waiting to hear back from management about our unsatisfactory experience.
Perfect stop for us on our way to a Vancouver Alaskan Cruise. Our group of 12 made an overnight stay here before and after our cruise. It was perfect for us. Fei and all the others that worked the front desk were super helpful. She even had the staff pack us a great breakfast bag because we were flying out so early. While, they pretty much use a cab service as their shuttle, it was free and efficient. We are thankful for their hospitality as we were just country folks a long way from home. Thanks again. Clean and great place. Don’t hesitate! Book the room!
*** I have to agree with Amy Rogers review*** I booked the hotel when stuck in traffic so I didn't have time to read reviews. I thought paying 360.00$ it was going to be a nice Hotel. We pulled in and there's people dealing drugs in the parking lot and another one working on a moped. We watched from our room window for hours watching a sliver car deal drugs and you could tell they live in the car. I'm scared to leave my car down in the parking lot. Also there's a burnt spot on the nightstand and two cigarette burns on the toilet seat. There is people definitely living at this hotel **** I would like to say the lady at the front desk was so nice****
Downgraded since I was here last time. Slow breakfast service, take forever to replenish utensils and food. Rooms and location are fine. Overall service is not great. Kids screaming and running around in the lobby at 11pm, no staff available to fix the issue. Not coming back
One of the best Hilton properties I have been to. Great service, staff, breakfast and amenities. Very clean. Many thanks to Tyler (Front desk staff member) and Victoria (Kitchen staff member) for a wonderful service.
Great location. Close to shopping, parks and bus lines. Breakfast is amazing, so many options. Cereal, toast, bagels, oatmeal, waffles, muffins, yogurt, omelets and so much more
** edited to add - confirmed by front desk that this location is in fact renting rooms out to “people who have been vetted by their caseworkers”. Also, at no point in our entire stay, did we see any security personnel ** I have serious reservations about the clientele this hotel caters to. During breakfast, I witnessed a drug addict nodding off while eating the continental breakfast provided to guests by the hotel, and later observed him selling food he had loaded onto his plate to another seemingly homeless individual from my hotel window. Additionally, when we were leaving, there was a male doing drugs by our car in the parking lot, with his drug paraphernalia in the open. It's alarming if this hotel is covertly serving as government-subsidized housing for the homeless, without informing guests. Potential guests deserve transparency, and I refuse to compromise my family's safety by booking here again. Additionally, the thought of sharing rooms or beds with drug addicts and homeless individuals raises significant health concerns that cannot be ignored.

One of the better hotels to which Iâve been. Even better than some of the more expensive hotels in downtown Vancouver at which Iâve stayed. There is a complimentary drink and snack for all guests. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our roo
