We often stay at Hilton properties and in particular Home2Suites. This location has excellent parking, a charging station and nice outdoor pool. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was as expected. Why 4 stars instead of 5? The room. The wall hooks in the bathroom were missing with raw metal pieces remaining in the wall, a handle missing off a drawer. These things did not directly impact our stay, but Hilton should know this hotel is in disrepair so 4 out of 5 stars. We mentioned it to the front desk. | I would stay here again.

Great staff. Sheets were stained but clean. Standard breakfast food with also good staff that restocked items and anything we asked that was out they accommodated.

The front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel. The rooms are clean and very nice. Love the outdoor fire pit area.

Rooms smelled musty and like old filter, toilets didn’t work and we were denied a later checkout. The only good thing about our stay was the customer service from Greg at front desk.

All that you would need in your home is found in this beautiful world-class hotel. I promised my wife that I am bringing her here again for a short vacation.

There was very little positive about my four days at this hotel. The first issue is it took changing three rooms changes before we found one that was clean. The first room the air conditioner didn’t work, and the floors had not been mopped. The second room, the carpet was flooded and I stepped into wet carpet after I took off my shoes. The third room had all the art taken off the walls, the bathroom sink did not drain, but they had no other rooms to offer me and the area was sold out. The 6 o’clock breakfast in the morning was never on time and the coffee was called three out of the four mornings. The staff was pleasant enough but short on solutions. ||I stayed at this hotel in the past, and it was perfectly fine, but in the last 12 months, it has gone considerably downhill. Stay with caution.

The room was great and the hotel was clean. There were no weird smells or odd patchwork done on the rooms like I've seen in many hotels when traveling. However, what I love the most was the hotel staff. We ended up being stranded because our rental vehicle broke down. We had a mountain of luggage and four children in tow. They were very gracious in helping us find a ride to the airport and tried to make our waiting less painful. Specifically, Tina was extraordinarily professional and helpful. Would highly recommend for families.
