Home2 Suites by Hilton Arundel Mills BWI Airport - Hotel in Hanover - 7545 Teague Rd, USA

We recently stayed at the Home2 Suites in Anne Arundel and I was extremely impressed with the service and quality of the hotel. I looked at 30-40 hotels within a 20 minute radius of our event venue and chose this one because of the price and reviews. Specifically, I read that the manager was wonderful and I figure that just about any problem can be fixed if there’s a good manager. The first morning of our stay, the manager was working the breakfast area right along side her staff. She was kind and attentive to every request by all guests including the children. The hotel is very clean and I noticed the housekeeping staff thoroughly cleaning the rooms as we walked down the hallway. The breakfast was magnificent and was refilled until the end of the service. The coffee in the lobby was kept hot all morning. The pool area was clean and the staff kept watch for puddles outside the pool area and mopped them promptly. The room was spacious and well appointed. The only thing we didn’t like was the quality of the beds. My husband and I slept horribly which is the only reason I took off a star. If we were staying longer, we probably would’ve went to the store and bought a mattress pad to make it more comfortable. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again. The care the manager and her staff put into this hotel is evident and it makes for a very supportive and comfortable stay.

Of the hotels I have stayed in the area this one has been the best. Decent gym for a workout. Breakfast was plentiful and actually pretty good. Didn't use the pool but it looked inviting. The suites were accommodating inadequate. Very quiet room, didn't hear noise from the hallway or neighboring suites. TV was large, HD, and offer plenty of channel selections. The only complain I have is the king bed with saggy on one side and the pillows could stand to be replaced. Hotel sits in a good area close to plenty of food and shopping options. Check in process was fast and easy. If I ever return to the area I would definitely make this my preferred location to stay.

We loved the hotel the front desk staff, this is a newer hotel. The front desk staff were phenomenal, nice pool though a little small. The general manager was there daily and I truly honor the way she manages that hotel, I even said something to her in the lobby one day about how I loved her management style. I'm a regional manager for a global company and my management style was super similar to hers she was always a pleasure to speak with. I do have one negative unfortunately, we stayed here for 10 days and housekeeping came to the door one time and u stated we didn't need service that day as the day prior I asked the housekeeper to come in and freshen up. She wiped down the kitchen and bathroom but didn't gather the trash we had 4 people in the suite so our trash needed collecting at least every other day.

Truly enjoyed our stay here. This is our second stay at Home2suites at Hanover, MD. All staff were pleasant, from the Fronk Desk, to housekeeping. The General Manager DawnMarie was incredibly nice and pleasant to work with, Andrea in housekeeping was a gem who always gave my family and I anything we were missing, William at the front desk was efficient, and Miguel for the evening was simply awesome, he had a great personality, and was welcoming. One thing that I love was that no matter the issue, the staff moved quickly to resolve it. That is all a traveling family can ask for!!||- Guante Family

Our stay was one overnight 16-17 Dec for a housewarming party. Reviews said it was a newer hotel, the reason for my choice. I try to avoid hotels that allow pets but since it was new, I figured I would try it for one night. The hotel did not disappoint. The property is nicely maintained, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the hotel nicely decorated for holidays, the hotel was quiet in the evening, located in a safe area, close to Arundel Mills Mall. Close to major roads to get to where you need. The room was nicely decorated and setup was convenient. Only complaint was nothing to wash dishes/cups with. We had to put dishes in the dishwasher at 4:30 am before we left. I let the gentlemen know at the front desk. Overall, for now I would go back until I start seeing pet hair, but for a short stay, it was enjoyable.

This week takes me to the Baltimore area and since our offices were close to the airport, we stayed at the Home2Suites by Arundel Mills. Check-in was quick, and we were handed our bag of water and snacks for being Diamond members.||The room itself was clean and was pretty standard for Home2Suites. The bathroom was a full shower, which I prefer, and it was also clean as well. The water pressure was decent and the hot water was hot, but could have been hotter for my preference.||Since we were here for some extended worked hours, I didn't use any of the facilities such as the workout room or breakfast, but they did look decent. The area around the hotel makes this a good choice as there are a lot of restaurants and even a casino close by. You could definitely do worse.

This hotel was the nicest hotel that my family and I have ever stayed in! The room was clean and spacious and looked much more cozy and warmly lit than the official website photos show. Before coming, we read reviews and I was amazed at how often people mentioned staff members by name, but after our stay I can see why. They were all wonderful, polite, and helpful. No matter what we needed, they were happy to help. They brought us towels, hairdryer, etc right away when we asked, found a can opener when we needed one, gave us a toothbrush, and one of the ladies (unfortunately I don't remember her name!) even offered us some of the cookies she baked while we were spending time in the lobby. And while in the lobby, we were impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of all of the staff members as they interacted with guests as well as each other. The manager Donna-Marie sets a wonderful example, and CJ, Miguel, and the others follow. The hotel lobby and the bathrooms there were constantly being cleaned, and there is coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available 24/7. The breakfast is available 6-9 am, and some of the options switched each day. The pool was heated and honestly felt more like a hot tub/bath water. There is also a shower head in the pool room to rinse off the chlorine before heading back to the room which was convenient, and the flooring was a nice stone non-slip surface. And the whole lobby looked lovely as they decorated for Christmas! We absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

Stayed for two nights and had a great stay. The room was very spacious and clean. Room were quiet. You couldn’t hear your neighbors in the room next to you. Staff was extremely friendly and really seemed to care that we had a great stay. Breakfast was amazing with so many options with very helpful staff. I have not seen so many options at a hotel for breakfast before. Would stay at this location again.
