Having been to many hotels, the size of this room is huge! Not only that, there are plenty of amenities inside the room. There are lots of lamps, the bathroom was also big and overall super clean. Check in was fast and easy. They served hot breakfast which included sandwiches, egg omelets and cereal. Parking was plentiful and had no issues. There are two grills out on the patio that you could use with a swimming pool nearby. Overall, I would definitely stay here again in the future, felt super safe and were the right vibes.

Huge rooms perfect for a family of 4 kids, 2 adults. I love that we had in-room kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, cooking countertop, and full sink. Portable cooker available—just ask! Room also comes stocked with cookware and eating utensils. Makes extended stays so much more pleasant. There’s an abundance of countertop space along the long wall; plenty for work or just dumping your stuff. The atmosphere is family friendly, as well as all but one of the staff (a man who works the mornings). Coffee + creamer available in the lobby all day. The included continental breakfast isn’t amazing (breakfast sandwiches, cereal, yogurt bar, oatmeal, OJ, juice, milk, toast, waffles, muffins), but considering the price, worth it. Located right by the Costco in Appleton and a 5 minute drive from Fox Valley Mall. Bathroom is dim, but overall the experience was excellent and I’ve recommended my entire team stay here when we visit (we’ve got a site we’re developing in Appleton).

We stayed 2 nights at this location while our son competed in a bowling tournament. The room was clean and spacious. No noise issues. The breakfast was so-so, wasn’t effectively stocked and there was definitely not nearly enough seating (and we were early at 7:15am). We also were acknowledged as Hilton Honors members at this location which isn’t a big deal but we’ve noticed as we’ve traveled alot this year, that some Hilton locations are better than others at acknowledging and providing perks like a bottle of water to their HH members.

The hotel was great! Great location, awesome rooms (king suite), staff was super great, the gym was just right free weights spot on, along with the pool. The breakfast bar hit the spot. I would stay here again. I recommend others stay here too.

Customer service: Want to start by saying that the customer service was fantastic, the Man and Woman working the front desk today were very gracious, kind, and friendly. Last night, a man whose name starts with A i believe (i dont remember his name, but he worked 3rd shift) and i came in super late last night and he was very kind, talkative (but not too talkative) and very personable. He was able to squeeze me into a room very late, and checked me in very quickly! The experience here was fantastic. The room/hotel: I got a single king bed room. Walking up to the room, the hallways and elevator were clean and nice looking. I get to the room, and the room is even cleaner and nicer looking. The room and hotel smelled good, and was very neatly prepared. Everything i needed was already there and set up. When i was finally able to get to lay in bed, the bed was perfect. Not too hot, not too cold, neatly made and very soft. Probably the best sleep ive gotten in a while (seeing as i overslept LOL). Overall, my experience with this location was absolutely fantastic, and I am looking forward to possibly coming back here some day. Thanks to all that i spoke to that helped make this stay as great as it was! Was sad to have to leave so soon.

Other than front desk guy checking us in on Thursday night (Aug 15th), we more than likely will not be staying here again. Most likely never staying at Home2Suites again.

I haven't stayed here yet, my upcoming trip is on Fri. Aug 11th, but I just want to comment on customer service. I reserved a room with Carol and she was the friendliest person ever and so accommodating. I respect her professionalism and niceness which is hard to come by these days. I am so looking forward to checking in this week... if the stay is anything like the front desk rep then I know the stay will be great. I will update after my trip.
