We liked the hotel very much, the staff was very friendly, the parking lot was very safe which was important for us. There was some hair in the bathroom, but it was not so critical. There was a long shower head which surprised me, it was great. Still need to work on the cleanliness but overall it was the best hotel on our trip. We were traveling from California to Anderson and there were many hotels on our way and they were bad (even 4 star). We will come back to you again,keep up the good work

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The room was outstanding, and the customer service was exemplary. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, especially the front desk person. We highly recommend this hotel to others.

This is a very well managed hotel, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms and hotel were spotless, breakfast is included, and it provides a decent selection for being complimentary. The room was great, and the location of the hotel is outstanding and walking distance to many local restaurants and bars. The gym has just about everything you would need and very nice equipment.

We visit Anderson regularly and this is now our "go to" hotel, |The hotel is clean, comfortable and has a convenient location, but it is the staff that makes this a great place to stay. From check-in to the breakfasts to check-out everyone was courteous, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was fresh and hot (even though we came down late) and a satisfying variety. |We shall return!

I asked to change my check in date which made my stay 6 nights rather than 7 & when I received my email confirmation, my rate had increased by $40 per night. I’m now paying more for 6 days than I was for 7. I was not informed about the rate increase prior to the change, if I would have been notified I obviously would have kept the original check in date. The general manager has not offered to help in anyway though the front desk staff apologized and have been very professional & kind. A GM definitely has the ability to honor my original rate & dates as the original dates are still available on the app. I’ve never experienced a manager much less a GM not willing to help a Hilton honors member (especially since we have multiple rooms booked at this hotel). Very disappointed.

Lovely, clean, and well-appointed suites with a great staff. Rebecca checked us in and was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was terrific. Lots of easy parking. We really enjoyed our stay.

Not as friendly nor accommodating as the Hilton Complex in Myrtle Beach. They would not allow early check in at all. The only reason that I was staying there is so the kids could swim but luckily I am from the area and know about the splash park near the civic center.

The location was great for a friend's 80th birthday gathering over the weekend. If we didn't have access to a VRBO, we would stay at a Home 2 Suites again. The staff in Anderson were friendly. Breakfast was good. Our suite was comfortable. Towels were lush. Our only negative was the thermostat--it was hard to regulate the temperature for the winter.
