Stayed here for 17 nights for a work trip. Staff were helpful when needed. Room service did a good job keeping the room clean doing every other day service. Occasionally, the hotel would get mildly loud. Either someone upstairs dropping something or walking loudly, kids making noise in the halls and emergency vehicles on the busy road outside. But that didn't disturb me much. Overall, good stay the room was overall clean and in good repair.

Conveniently located near enough for easy access to Niagara Falls National Park without staying in the chaos of Niagara. Rooms are clean and spacious. Pool is salt water which was different for us. Great outdoor patio area with tables, seating and a fire pit! Some structures are a little age-worn, but nothing dangerous or concerning.

The location is great, right next to the 290 Interstate. Having the kitchen in the room is also wonderful. What’s not great at all for a $200/night hotel are the beds and pillows. Absolutely horrible sweaky, cheap beds and paper thin pillows. For this reason alone we won’t be staying again unfortunately. Staff is very friendly.

When we checked the room, we found out the trash can was full of trash under the kitchen sink. And I did let the front desk know , he seemed to be the only hotel staff in the hotel. so he asked me if I could put the trash outside the room, he would take care of it later. so I took the trash down to the front desk to help him as I knew he was the only staff in the hotel. Nevertheless, we realized few more issues - refrigerator was not clean, there was no light bulb on the floor lamp, there was a hair in the sink in bathroom, slow drainage in bathroom sink, shower tray was not clean, there were stuff on soap tray inside shower, I did take all photos. Apparently, your housekeeping staff didn't do the job right; and it made me wonder , most likely, other room might have the cleanness issue more or less. I think you need to talk to your house keeping staff, and ensure your housekeeping staff be in line with Hilton standard. We were very tired, and all settle in, so we didn't want to move to another room with same issues. If possible I would like you to call you.

I chose this hotel because I have stayed at their other locations and I enjoyed it. It's close to lots of stores and restaurants and that's a plus! Service is always great! Rooms are spacious and clean but not 100% though. Seen some trash around the fridge but that's not a big deal! Had some issues with a clogged bathroom sink that should have been checked prior to people staying but other than that I enjoyed my stay! The only downside... Dog lovers BEWARE! I took my dogs out for a walk on the grass at the parking lot and came back full of ticks! the pavement outside the hotel is safer! I know the hotel has no control of that because it's tick\flea season but at least spray the grass or something...

The staff was helpful and courteous. The room was big and clean. I loved the pullout couch. The pool was little foggy but the kids didn't care. I had a very pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. It was 20 minutes-ish to Niagara Falls.

I always like Home2 Suites because they have the beds all lined up along one wall so you can all be in bed and still watch shows together. I like how they have the fridge and dishwasher, we even borrowed the hot plate for a few days. Free laundry is awesome. And like every vacation since having kids, we got sick and the service was amazing. I was able to get extra trash bags, paper towels and other cleaning supplies (1 kid was vomiting second to last night of our stay). Free washer and dryer was great- I like being able to go home with as little dirty laundry as possible, you can also pack less if you plan on doing laundry mid-stay (we did 5 nights). The pool was pretty cold, the kids had fun, but I could only go in up to my knees and my toddler’s lips were turning purple after about 30 minutes. The pullout mattress could be better, it felt like it was super old and on its last legs. Anthony was so helpful when we checked in and checked with us after the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast isn’t great, it’s better than just like muffins and stuff, but we still prefer buffets. Our kids are pretty picky, so it was easier to pick up groceries for them (they prefer eggo waffles over the big ones you can make at the waffle iron). Overall we had a great stay.

It was a great hotel but i gave a 4 star because they can do better with the cleaning. The bathroom was not cleaned thorughly, you can see the build up on the faucet and the shower base, the dishes were not cleaned properly, sofa sleeper was very dusty when tried to pull it out, the shower was barely running at times. The cafe was very full everytime i went down to get breakfast. They served great breakfast.
