Very nice hotel, clean rooms and customer service is great! Front desk workers all very nice and accommodating for guests. Steven was on at 5am at the front desk when I needed some help finding somethings for my sick teenager. He helped me right away and found what I needed. I appreciate him going above and beyond for his guests. The indoor pool is really nice, large gym with several treadmills and bikes and has nice laundry space. I would definitely recommend!
We had a kitchenette unit. Well stocked with dishes and utensils and good appliances. The king suite and bathroom had plenty of space to move around. Good free breakfast buffet with many hot options made onsite. 24 hr coffee, good quality. The gym was very roomy and the equipment was far above average for this class hotel - dumbbells to 70lb, an adjustable double cable machine, and the usual aerobic machines. Big lobby area with lots of different seating areas. The bed was softer than most, which we prefer. Firm and soft pillows. They need to provide a table on both sides of the bed. We had a freeway-facingy room but it was surprisingly quiet. Great value for all the quality and amenities.
Our stay was overall pretty good. Few of the lamps were without their button switches, and the bed was of poor quality to where you could actually feel the coils/springs. Shower head looked like they just got the cheapest non-original unit from Home Depot. The housekeeping service was great! One of the guys even commented my hat looked good, which was awesome :) Area felt safe, however the price per night is a bit too high.
Overall it was ok. Not the Hilton brand I usually choose for several reasons, but mostly because I hate their breakfast options (even more than Hampton!). ||The room was ok. Nice to have a large fridge and microwave. Shower was good. Bed was a little soft for my liking. |A few issues I had were the rusted window blind, the bare-bulb bedside lamp, and the fact that the charging station/bedside table wasn’t plugged in so I had to struggle to get my charger plugged in beneath it. ||Overall it was just ok and I’d probably choose a different Hilton brand next time.
While on the surface this is a trendy and modern hotel with all the amenities, it isn’t being well cared for and is starting to show its age. Our room had a broken faucet and craters all over the surface of the refrigerator. The shower head and other fixtures look cheaply made. The elevators are creaky and showing signs of wear. The fan in our room was like a jet engine. There is trash in the parking lot. Please give this hotel some TLC! Pro tip: stay in the even-numbered rooms away from the highway, which is loud. Also, while it is pet-friendly, $75 is a LOT. The best things about this hotel: a very good breakfast and the central location is very convenient. The beds are comfortable and we liked the microfiber sheets.
As a diamond member for over a decade, I typically have a standard experience at all Hilton hotels. The check in process at this particular hotel was facilitated by Doug. He would not provide physical keys to my wife for our 3 rooms even though we were already checked in. I had to physically show him I was a licensed driver to achieve this task. He also informed me he would charge me the pet fee of $75 for my stay. This has literally never happened to me in 10 years. Congrats to you Doug. I used to be Platinum Marriott. They annoyed me and I've never been back. IHG and AirBnB here I come. Customer lifetime value be damned. Again, way to go Doug.
Our family of 8 made a one night stop here and were very pleased with the hotel. It was fairly easy to get to the hotel and it is located in the perfect place in Albuquerque. The hotel staff was quick to accommodate our family needs with extra bedding. We stayed in a 2 Queen Bed Suite with a pullout couch. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had no issues with our family of 8 staying in one room. Breakfast in the morning was more than a typical hotel breakfast and had a few hot options as well as cold options. We also loved that they had Hot Cocoa available and not just coffee because we are not coffee drinkers. Definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful rest and family friendly accommodation.
Excellent property. Friendly and professional staff. Large, clean rooms. Love all the counter space in the rooms. Large fridge is awesome. Great breakfast. Tons of parking. Only downside, not many food options are walkable. Overall a wonderful business stay.
