Home2 Suites by Hilton Abilene - Extended stay hotel in Abilene - 2109 Scottish Rd, USA

Stopped overnight here with 2 young kids as part of a long road trip. Everything was perfectly clean & very comfortable, staff were kind. I've had issues getting a pack n play at other hotels in the past, but this location was wonderful about it -- I called ahead & the rep was very sweet, then they had the pack n play ready for us in our room before we arrived. Great experience!

Worst Home2Suites I have stayed at. Begged my boss for me to stay here even though it means driving an extra hour both ways to my actual work related location. Started with the iron not working, then an entire section of wall outlets was not working. Shower head had back drip so all the cold water was pressurized and not the hot. Was out of toiletries as well as some kitchen paper goods. Had to clean the bathroom myself because it was full of footprints in the shower, as well as hairs on the sink and piles of dust bunnies on the floor. Thermostat took a few hours to actually reach room temperature so I froze the beginning of the first night. But after having to go to the front desk so many times, I was too cold and tired to get up and complain anymore. People in the gym slam the weights and the treadmill is a lot louder than it needs to be when someone is using it(in room next to gym). Also heard people slamming the washer and dryer doors as well. None of this was ok given that I had a full 12 hours of physical training the next 2 days each. Even had someone in the night time decide it would be a good idea to knock on the exterior window. Staff was polite. The manager thought it would make things better with a Fiji Water and a snack Cheez-It. Yeah, right. Will never stay here again, and most likely not the chain either. Also removing my company’s cooperate account as it feels like a rip off at this point. Wish it could have been what I had come to expect from different stays and being a reward member.

Love sustainability concept, this is first hotel serve breakfast on real plate, and real glass not paper plate, reduce waste Literally Room are spacious with dishwasher eating utilities and even stove of needed!! Definitely will return if I visit Abilene once again

We are here on business. We came from another hotel because we we very unhappy with another hotel in the area. So pleased and know we did the correct move. | You walk in and feel you are welcomed here. Ms. Bobbie was at the front deck and greeted us as if she was just waiting for our arrival. Very genuine, helpful and accommodating. When you go back down, Ms. Bobbie has not forgotten who you are. |Had the privilege to me Ms. Amanda with housekeeping. She as well was very pleasant and informative. |I would recommend this place to my parents, who I am very protective with. |So, ya’ll be sure to stay here. You will not regret it.

This is a newer property with a friendly and very responsive staff but the walls were paper thin. (Insulation is not where hotels should focus their cost savings.) Water pressure in the shower was lacking and you can’t adjust the shower head so you have to turn the water off to shave. Parking was uncovered but very well lit and close to the entrance. The full length mirror is nowhere near any outlets so you’ll want to bring an extension cord for any hair styling tools. We requested feather free rooms on our reservation (neither were) but the staff did work quickly to fix it.

Clean rooms with kitchenettes and the necessary implements to prep a simple meal or two. Breakfast is provided and is rather average but adequate.

Excellent hotel. Great accommodations. Comfy bed. They even had a nice putting green outside! The AC was cold. The furnishings were nice. It was quiet even though it was nearby the interstate. Breakfast was good.

Modern, clean, and comfortable - we loved everything about this hotel! It is clearly a newer property that has an excellent team of housekeeping and maintenance staff keeping the property on point with the best of Hilton standards. All staff members - from the front desk to breakfast staff - were friendly and professional. The gym has great equipment and is clean and well maintained! The common areas and the suite were exceptionally clean and fresh, and the suite was everything you could want in a spacious and comfortable hotel room. We slept so peacefully and enjoyed our stay so much and we would recommend this property to others with enthusiasm and without hesitation. The only constructive feedback I would offer is the hot breakfast wasn’t very hot - in particular the egg omelettes were cool to touch and there was no microwave in the breakfast area to warm up the food without taking it back up to the room. Apart from that, our stay was wonderful and exceeded our expectations!
