A one star is way more than this hotel even deserves. I am absolutely disgusted by the hotel/management. I booked 3 rooms, 2 nights for our employees working out of town they work nights, because they are in the road construction bossiness . They arrived to be checked in at a ihop front desk, hookers trying to reserve rooms to run there business out of and sneak men in followed by police arriving as someone overdosed and narcan was used to bring them back to life. This was an unsafe environment, homeless people hanging in the parking lot. our guys complained, and refused to spend anymore time there. We booked this through Expedia they tried multiple times for a refund to be approved only for a rude young lady to continue to hang up, I’ve personally called multiple times to speak with the manager and I either get hung up on, told they aren’t there and will call back and nothing. I just received an email saying the hotel has declined any refund requests. It’s baffling to me the level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability for the run down circumstances. They have neglected to do the right thing and it’s extremely distasteful!!! I understand, they checked in around 5 which I can accept not giving a refund for that night but to completely reject a refund for the 2nd when our guys didn’t even stay there any of the nights. This place is terrible and do not book!!!!

Place is very confusing place , they start off by allowing reservations to central reservations. They take your information after I made reservations another hotel I decide to stay this place because I enjoy the place in North Carolina. Very crooked company in verobeach very misleading. Be careful making reservations here, the law allows you to have a service animal at location but when making it after confirming from central reservations that a service animal is allowed then I cancel my other reservation and another hotel. They told me that I was not allowed to stay there, so coming from North Carolina I have nowhere to stay and everything was booked around me all I’m saying is make sure before you make reservations that this one is confirmed if you’re going to bring a service animal or any support animal in

Pool was too cold. Confused by office actually being part of IHOP. They're attempting remodel but ours was redone but tub was still old, sketchy. You get what you pay for.
