No phone, no ice, no vending machines. I love the staff though. If they had been rude or testy, I would have stayed the one night and never looked back! Lol.. but they are awesome people. Plus, I think they are slowly renovating the rooms. I've seen maintenance painting empty rooms, etc. Also, they have a great weekly price. If you have a family, or need 2 rooms, you can get a double. Unlike most places that have 2 beds in one room, here you will get 2 rooms connected by an archway. I liked it. I would visit again.

So there is a motel 6 next door. That's where my Uber driver took me. Unfortunately, they were completely booked due to an annual conference they host. So I was forced to go to Home Town Inn. I needed a room for 3 days. (They could only do a day or week plan) Fine, ok. I was traveling, so I only had my cards, no cash. They took my card as payment the first night, with no problems. The room was not the best, of course. Just need a place for the night. Figured ok will have to do. So again, no cash, using an Uber to travel; I go in the morning to rent for another day. The owner tells me that they are not taking card payments. It was down. Called Motel 6 to see if I can get a room there? Lol, they are still booked because of the convention. SOOO, I walk to the gas station and have to withdraw $60 to stay another night. Frustrated, I spoke to the manager/owner, not sure what he was. That being said, there were only 3-4 employees that I could tell. So the manager/owner gave me a $5 discount and said he would upgrade my room for the inconvenience (and I told him the TV was broke, btw). Again, ok. I'll take it since I have no other choice, and it is 3° outside BTW!. Though the room was a tiny bit bigger, the bed was unexeptable. There was no water pressure, AND to top it all off, THERE WAS ROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!!!!! I IMIDIATELY GO TO THE OFFICE.! Tell him and he said "sorry we don't have any rooms ready! Litterly, I am trying not to lose my composure. It's late, I have no other option, but to stay. Now mind you, I asked if I could just go back to my original room! He told me no! I asked why, because the heater went out!??? So I had to stay in this POS hotel, in a room full of roaches, because the Motel 6 was full and it's 4° outside. This is day 2. I still need another night! I slept in a chair, woke up first thing demanding some sort of reconciliation. Not only was offered nothing, but he said again, cash only, my situation was not his problem and I needed to pay cash or leave. Which I did! I went back to Motel 6 and they were finally done with the convention. BUT, ITS 10AM, and a room would not be ready till 2PM.. I can't even make this up. So, I go back to the manager, explain all this, and he says he don't care unless I pay cash. Which I couldn't. I ask him, for all the inconvenience can I wait till Motel 6 has a open room. This is when he got mad, told me no, get out of the roach room, he was giving me the best deal, and pay or sorry. And I quote," sorry if you can't pay cash, then not my problem. It's yours". It took everything in me not to do something stupid I'd regret. So in the end, I grabbed my 3 heavy bags, 2 jackets, and cooler and sat outside in the freezing cold four 4 hours till I could get another room at Motel 6. This was the single most WORST experience I have had from a motel in my freaking life. This place should be shut down not just because of the rooms and bugs, but because of the service. I'll stop there, but please don't ever go to this place.

Very rude staff ,when we asked for a room with TV they asked why we needed a TV?! No wifi, rooms are dirty, and the checkout is 10:30am instead of 11am so someone walked instead of knocking.we were turned away for no good reason.

Was worried based on old reviews but had few choices that fit my budget, ended up being a good stay! My room was clean and nice staff, that’s what mattered most to me!

Not worth any stars whatsoever, well the late night (NOT over night) staff and housekeeper are cool. The manager changes things she says within seconds of saying them, full of excuses, does not treat all who stay there equally, dismissive, rude and has severely displaced anger issue accompanied with an unjustified entitled attitude! Nosey, condescending and somehow also completely aloof and bewildered. And to top it off, she's blatant in her prejudice towards POC. Like everyone else mentioned, she's biased - sadly, we didn't read the reviews until AFTER we'd left. Yes, rooms are cheap - but mind the saying "you get what you pay for". If you're looking for somewhere that "never has rooms available", is inconsistent, rude af management and a plethora of other off the wall things - go here! Otherwise, save your buck and keep your nerves calm by not dealing with it.

Don't stay here they are ridiculous. Stole my hot plate and skillet then a week later management had my husbands van towed for no reason at all so now I have to be out $300.00 because they want to make an extra few dollars for having it towed plus they are roach infested and bed bug infested. Worst place ever to stay at and I have been to a lot of motels and this is the worst

So this day started off reckless but I was desperate so I took what I could get.. Dallas cowboys were in town so no hotel that can be booked online was available... I checked in at like 12:00 at night and the guy at the register was absolutely drunk....

Clean and free coffee. you get your five dollar deposit fee back when u give them back the key n remote. $40 Dollars a night plus the $5 fee. Cheap but nice
