This place is absolutely amazing. Staying here currently but I’ve also stayed in the past. We had such an amazing experience last year, we decided to book again this year except we are staying 10 days instead of 5. Walk into the room and it smells fresh and clean. Clean linens/shower/fridge/microwave. Cold ac and hot shower with plenty of clean towels. Clean pool. Breakfast is simple but very filling and when vacationing it’s amazing one meal is included that you don’t have to worry about. Front desk is hands down the best at customer service I have ever received and I’ve worked customer service for more than 20 years. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Close to the beach and crestview has just about everything you could want to keep you entertained if you don’t feel like going to the beach. Worth every penny and their rates are honestly beyond fair compared to most. Would highly recommend!!!!
Great pricing compared to other hotels in the area. If you’re looking for a place to stop, and get some rest, I would highly recommend this place. Rooms were very clean and updated. Front desk and staff were super friendly, welcoming, and helpful to our family. There is construction, so you do have to weasel your way to get to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again, passing through to another state. There was free breakfast. Fruits, cereals, toast and waffles to eat for our children.
Receptionist, Wendy, was welcoming, very helpful and astoundingly friendly. This hotel has always been a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the offered amenities. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The room could've had the air running upon entry to help eliminate the "humid" scent. However, once the air was on the room was amazing! Would recommend staying here!
I chose this place after reading the reviews for every hotel in Crestview within my budget, and I’m glad I did. It was the best budget room I’ve gotten in a long time. The room was very clean and everything was functional, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to anyone passing through the area.

It was not their fault, but local road construction made it not as easy to get in or out of this hotel. The hotel will fill your basic hotel needs. The room was clean. The breakfast left much to be desired with a small selection of breakfast items to choose from. I did not use the outdoor pool. The staff were friendly. This was a mediocre stay.
I just ended my stay there this morning (Amanda McKee) and it was one of my best stay experiences visiting Crestview! My first night in Wendy was on duty and she really set the tone for a great stay! She has a wonderful, professional personality and was extremely helpful in providing us with pool towels and promptly replaced our room key as we had difficulties with the original (nobody's fault; things happen 🙃). Our room was clean and pretty spacious compared to other rooms we have booked else where. My children immensely loved the TV channel selection, pool, and complimentary breakfast. Lobby and breakfast area are immaculate. Location over all is extremely convenient as Wendy's is a quick walk away and there are gas stations/other restaurants within mins of driving. Will definitely return in the future!
Great front desk help. Had a wonderful time. And I heard there was a bad review on expedia, tha had my name attached to it. But I would lik to let hotel and anyone else know, I only write reviews on Google maps, I did not write a bad review on my last stay. I love this place it's my 2nd home for my son and I to jus get out our house when I'm off work.

Lovely hotel, and a great breakfast! We stopped on our way back from Disney, but I would be happy to go and stay there for a vacation. The bathroom was HUGE, with so much counter space and a lovely bathtub. 5 stars, I was very happy.
This is a mixed review as the room itself was good, but its location and noise level was terrible. The service was 50/50. The food also was 50/50. Iâll go by category.

I started the Legacy class and have truly enjoying it which is hard for me to believe. I am 69 years and this is the best class I have ever been in. Out instructor, Sam, is wonderful. I have definitely seen improvement in my ability.

The Shrimp Po-boy is good but hold the bottom of it so your shrimp and the rest of it doesn't fall out. The onion rings are also great. She has the Square app so you can pay with debit card if you want, too.
