Home Tavern - Bar & grill in Kaukauna - N 4106 County Rd E, USA

Arrived before a group at 615. Took 15 minutes before I got a drink. 2 people working and 9 in the bar. As soon as I got a drink I ordered a HT burger with 2 friends. Two more in the group arrived. They ordered food. About 30 minutes later more in the group showed up. A person in our group went around and took food orders for the staff for all the others. Well after a long wait, people that got there and order at least 40 minutes after me got food. After that, my friends got their food but everyone had wrong sides. I never got mine and she said it was coming. After over an hour and a half I just cancelled and went home to eat. By that time I was starving. No apologies on their part. Was watching for my food and notice the lady cooking, never washed her hands nor did she have gloves on. She was handling drinks and serving food in-between cooking. We like to go out after to support sponsors for our Freedom teams, but after this, I will not go back. Extremely disappointed.

Food is 3-5 depending on your taste, preferences, and expectations. We had fried cheese curds and a burger that had a burger patty and a sausage patty and cheese. Made to order, hot and fresh, but we are from Florida and were kinda worn out on all the Wisconsin cheesy, heavy meaty fried food. Pace yourself in Wisconsin, folks! Truly THE BEST PEOPLE YOU’LL EVER MEET, but fresh veggies, fruits, and salads are kind of an afterthought there. 😂 Clean, friendly, fun local bar. The pizza in the tavern next door smelled pretty good, fyi.

Patio is a great addition. Was there for a wedding reception and was surprised the bathrooms have not been updated with ADA compliant stall. I was now invited to an old co-worker get together and sadly cannot attend due to this

This is our Friday Fish Fry Favorite! Daily specials each have been excellent also! We love Home Tavern!

Love going to this place! Food is consistently very good, service is great and the staff is very friendly! Patio outside is awesome and they have great music.

Outside patio is really comfortable and nicely updated. The inside of the bar is below average. Service was friendly and efficient. The singer on our night out did more talking than entertaining. He self admitted that he had too much to drink. 🙄

Good takeout fried haddock and onion rings. When we get Friday fish fry, it's almost always here. Also, the service is great--quick and friendly. Bonus: it's got a little display honoring the local volunteer fire department!

Bartender was a awesome, food was delicious, can't wait to return!
