I am absolutely amazed at the turn around of this place. It had one ofthe worst reputation in pensacola. Now with the new management its a very nice place to stay. Its quite and very peaceful. No garbage here. The rooms have been completely renovated. The manager has done an excellent job.

Jen and her staff are amazing. My husband and I have been staying for a couple months. We love it. Rooms are so nice. The property is clean and quite. I have send a couple friends to come check it out.

Giving this place a 1 star because they remodeled and did renovations around the rooms. My bathroom door didn’t lock kept opening up .Also Constantly throughout the day my water would stop working for my bathroom and sink . Bathroom toilet doesn’t fill up with water constantly running with noises.Cold showers the water barely gets hot.other tenants smoking cigarettes in front of your door parking is horrible they expect you to park in a whole different area from where your room is They got construction storages all in parking spaces.Ac units leaking water laundry room had other tenants leaving clothes in them .a lot of nosey tenants General manager bad with lack of communication staff doesn’t go over Rules and regulations correctly seems like this place is a money grab.I wouldn’t recommend staying here they leave random notes on your door early in the morning when they can simply call with your number on file. Apparently they have a no guest policy when you’re paying almost 400 a week for a hotel with 1 guest doesn’t seem right .

I’m so thankful for Jennifer and her crew at Homestay lodge. I was completely stressed out, but by the end of my rental, Jennifer and her crew had me feeling like I was at home. We really enjoyed our stay and everyone was so nice and polite! I will definitely recommend this location to others. Thank guys for everything!

My brother lives there but they are a nice place to stay.

I enjoy the quiet space I'm on the back side all I ever hear is the garbage truck 🤣 but the rooms are clean they are fully furnished and if anything messes up they quickly have it fixed. I had a unforeseen situation come about and the staff worked with me effortlessly. The manager is awesome and understanding. I definitely want to stay here as long as I need to

This place is a gift and I'm so happy we got a room here! There is an actual small kitchen and living/ dining room area with a small sofa along with the bedroom. There is even a closet, huge dresser and small kitchen table! The front desk staff is really nice. The enforce a lot of rules but that's what makes this such a pleasant place to stay.
