DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! I purchased 2 mattress and box spring sets in October 2021 with a promise it will arrive by November. November came and still no mattresses. Was told it would be on a truck coming later that week, still no mattresses. I was also told there would be a restock fee if I asked for a refund. Why is there a restock fee for items that aren’t in stock? SCAM!!! SCAM!!!! SCAM!!! I purchased my mattresses somewhere else and I got my money back WITHOUT THE RESTOCK FEE.

Jonathan and Andrea is the best of the best. Both costumer service is off the meter, I felt like I was around family. Andrea is a really nice person. She helped me get exactly what I wanted. I most definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy furniture. Great service for nice price.

DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE GOOD REVIEWS!! They just may be working with Ryan he is awful!! I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!!! These folks are a RIP OFF!!!! The furniture is cheap the people scam you out of your money and give a store credit. They tell you that your order will be back within a week but it takes months. Knowing that after 10 days that if you pay cash you can not get a full refund. They do not contact you to make you aware of what is going on. I DON’T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIS TRASHY PLACE AT ALL!!!!!!

Bought nice sectional in Feb 2022 was offered insurance on furniture was told it’s great n highly recommended. So I purchased which was an additional $150-200. I got a stain on a seat cushion and called the store was told to utilize the insurance file a claim. I did. Filed claim mid March 2022 a technician came out May 13th wrote up form to replace cushion cover. Didn’t hear anything until July and via email from claim that insurance claim was approved and it only covers this one incident that if anything else wouldn’t be covered, but I was told it’s a 3 year coverage. Anywho it’s almost September 2022 still no cushion cover, I call store no answer. I email company for claim they say the store location can only give me the ETA on cushion cover. Finally get in touch with store they clueless. So, lack of communication false advertising I rate 2stars!

I've bought a ton of furniture here and never had anything but a fantastic experience! Ryan was super helpful and made sure I was taken care of. All the workers there are nice, funny and professional. They have a great selection of furniture, mattresses and decor. Definitely swing by and take a look!!

Terrible service. Not organized, no one seems to know anything. And the no refund policy is bs. They take your money knowing items aren't ready. I've been waiting for 2 months for my living room set and they won't offer your money back. When I initially placed my order I was told a week before I could pick up. A week turned into 10-18 weeks. I would call every week to check and NO ONE knew anything as far as when I should be expecting it to be shipped from the warehouse. Then they offered me to take a loveseat home with no clue on how long it would take for the sofa to be ready, they had my full payment so I expect everything I ordered not half. I WILL EVER GO BACK THERE! Attitudes suck as well.

I picked up my sofa a few days ago and a man by the name of Mike loaded it for me. I have to say that he was very friendly. He had a great attitude and was very polite and helpful. Its rare to have an employee go above and beyond to make sure a customer is happy and satisfied. Keep him!!
