Wonderful and vibrant Catholic Church. The priests are solid and the community is welcoming. I love how reverent and traditional the mass is celebrated here. Would highly recommend!

Handmaids of the Heart of Jesus have left Hopkins and Holy Family. Very sad, but hopefully they find the peace and serenity they they have so far been unable to find in Hopkins. May they be blessed with the courage and prudence to follow God's will no matter where that may lead them. God bless them all. Farewell.

Not diverse and however I do enjoy this church as it’s my home church . Father Deacon Jim and Father Joseph are great pastors always friendly and welcoming. I just wish it was more diverse. But they bring great truth and gospel that’s why I’ve stayed since birth . But still needs minor improvements .

EDIT: I was mistaken, it seems you do have the option to receive in the hand if you sit in the back section. They also did not do intinction in this section. But you can also receive on the tongue and the altar boy will use a paten regardless of your choice. If you want to use the communion rail and receive on the tongue, it's better to sit in the front section (the section before the split in pews). Also services are usually packed, so add time to find parking. If you want a reverent Roman rite church, but not entirely in Latin you've found your place. Holy Family is a truly unique church. It still uses a communion rail, and no one receives the Eucharist in their hand. Communion is given by intinction, where the host is dipped into the wine. The mass is not said entirely Latin, but it uses Latin Gregorian chants at various places in the liturgy. It makes the Liturgy a good balance between Latin and English. I've only attended Novus Ordo masses, so there is a lot that I don't know, but the bulletins have the order of mass with responses. The congregation is very respectful, many people kneel and pray before mass, and after mass the congregation prays a Hail Mary and the St. Michael's prayer. No one holds their hands outstretched, or each other's hands during the Our Father and, for the sign of peace, the priest says a prayer instead of everyone making the sign of peace with each other. There are lots of families, and families with babies usually sit in the back. There is also an area in the vestibule with chairs if the little ones get too rowdy.

We were so impressed with Holy Family I have to share this. Sharon and Fr. Johnson attended to my family in ensuring my grandmother received her last sacraments even though we are not registered parishioners there. Sharon was so kind and so attentive to our concerns, and Father Johnson was as well. Even with a communication mix-up, their ministry to our family was so Providential and such an incredible blessing. I am so grateful for Holy Family, and we are going to make it our point to attend Mass here now after such wonderful care. What a wonderful church and staff!

This is the first church that I attended, upon arriving for missionary work. As a former seminarian and one who really appreciates the beauty of The Church's liturgies, I have to give credit to the musical accompaniment, altar servers, and clergy for knowing what to do and how to do it! This made a person new to the area feel a little more at home. I intend on attending the parish more regularly. Just be mindful that they require those wishing to pray the Mass in person to sign up ahead of time online.

A truly orthodox parish where the beautiful testimony of marriage and family are lived out and evident at mass. Most of the parishioners wear their Sunday best and come as a family. There are many families with more than 4 children and are beautiful witnesses to our faith. The children are very well-behaved, the parents and the children are well-groomed and it is a joy to behold!! The liturgy with accompanying choir and Gregorian Chant bring the experience to a higher level. The church building with its gothic arches and stone is in Old English style I find charming.

We were there for a funeral. The church is beautiful. Big brick arches throughout. All brick as a matter of fact. The sound system was top notch. Crisp and clear sound. Organist was very good, as well as the soloist and violinist. We were there during Covid 19 so social distancing was enforced. The restrooms were clean and organized. The clergy there were compassionate and were clearly professional. The sermon was touching, as it applied to my best friend who had passed away.
