Been here several times, the atmosphere is great and very date night esque. One of the few restaurants in morristown that would fit that profile. The menu is robust and variety is pretty substantial. The food is top notch and compared to restaurants near it they don't really compete. Prices are more than fair. Highly recommended
Been to holstons now a few times since moving to TN and each time we've been happy with our food/service. Burgers are delicious, the fried green tomatoes - YUM. They have lots of options for entrees, burgers & salads. Along with a nice selection of sides :) All of the employees seem nice & attentive.
Very upscale decor. Massive menu. If you can't find something you want here, you're not trying. You'll think you've walked into a super expensive establishment, until you look at the prices. Actually very reasonable. We had the spinach artichoke dip (which is served in a bread bowl) a Philly Cheese Steak and a Chopped Steak. Everything was very good. Service was great even though we showed up almost at closing.
To start the fried pickle chips were good, minus too much salt. Sauce was good, just way too much salt in the batter. Generous portion. My husband enjoyed his salmon salad, nice portion. My Caesar salad with added grilled shrimp would have been perfect except it was drowned in dressing. I love Caesar dressing, but the lettuce was just swimming in it, no crunch left to the lettuce. The shrimp were delicious & grilled perfectly. Next time I’ll ask for the dressing on the side. Nice portion size. They were very busy and the service was quick even as crowded as they were. Very nice atmosphere, but a bit dark. Love the gas sconces but a few more lights are needed.
We had never eaten at a Houston's Kitchen prior to today. We were traveling through Morristown during lunchtime and happen across it by chance. We would absolutely recommend giving it a try. The food was good, prices were reasonable and the front desk host and our waitress were friendly and accommodating. I hope we get the chance to try other dishes, but would highly recommend the fried green tomatoes for sure. Great experience/redo please.
Great menu and the food is fantastic. We had fish and chips, country fried steak and for desert their neslie's cheesecake. All of it was so tasty. Moderate portions and prices. Service was a little slow. I'd recommend this restaurant.
Enjoyed our day date. The decor was inviting and comfortable. The server was delightful and charming. Everything was clean. Didn't have to ask for refills. My roastbeef burger was quite good, and the sweet potato souffle was dreamy. My goal when eating out is to get food I wouldn't or haven't made at home. This place was able to meet me for the challenge. Definitely will be back.
My fiance's company has their annual Christmas dinner here and the servers were amazing and accommodating. I had the Ribeye, Salad, and Mashed Potatoes and all were fantastic. I came here before and enjoyed and I would go again. Everything I've tried, except the Bloody Mary, is great.

My son and I dropped in starved half to death lol. The service was great! They Kept the drinks full and checked on us several times. Buffet was really good with a salad bar as well. Love the lemon juice bottle! Will definitely be back!
