I don't understand the negative reviews here. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Outstanding products with a first class warranty. I recently damaged my red dot while changing the battery (100% my fault). I requested an RMA via email to get it repaired which was the only option. Within 2 days I received a pre-paid label, and within two weeks the issue had been resolved in a way that exceeded my expectations. It's true that there is very limited phone support but that turned out to be a complete non-issue. Highly recommend!
I own a small manufacturing company so I understand how important customer service is. I have 2 EPS Carry optics for EDC, one for my wife and one for myself. The first issue I had I sent an email and didn't receive a response in over a week, so I called and got the part I needed fairly quickly after multiple attempts to get someone on the phone.
Now one of the units has died and I sent them an email with their required information, including a picture of the unit with it's serial number. After 2 days of no response I called them and they promised to get an RMA to me the next day. Today, after not receiving an RMA, I called again and I was told that they would send an RMA form. I already sent them the information that they needed, why do I need to then fill out a form. On the form it states that they may take up to 30 days to get a replacement out to me?
I had an optic for my competition weapon get broken, damage not warranty. I sent it into C-More, the manufacturer, and they had it repaired and sent back to me within 2 weeks. They were nothing but helpful on the phone and the charge was more than reasonable, this was damage not a warranty issue. I wish that C-more or another reputable company would come out with a micro enclosed optic that provides good customer service.
I've dropped the ball with my customers from time to time. I apologize and bend over backwards to take care of what they need. I don't make excuses about how busy I am and make it harder for the customer. I'll run this optic until I can find a reasonable replacement from a company that cares about customer service, then the Holosun's will be in the dust bin. It should not take multiple emails, phone calls, and unlimited excuses of being too busy to take care of customers.
As of 11/5/2021, I just received my replacement 510c through warranty. Yes, this is the correct address for holosun. They'll provide a label with this address that's written here. Please, contact them first and follow instructions on how to send your items. It took only about 2 weeks for the whole transaction from start to finish.
I read all the bad reviews but I contacted Holosun via telephone and told them that I scratched the glass on my 407k (my fault). The rep sent another one out as I sent mine in, it took about a week. The post office signed my package and reported it delivered, but they did not physically deliver the box so I emailed Holosun back on Saturday and explained the situation. That following Monday Holosun sent a replacement.
Just received my 407K back from warranty with no explanation as to what the problem was service provided or if I was just doing something wrong. How long would it take to explain the problem? Impossible to reach anyone on the phone. Won't answer emails. Pretty poor customer service. And please please don't blame it on Covid. We aren't getting any discounts due to Covid

The customer service is horrible...I've been trying to get the right screws for my smithwesson 22mag ...it's been going on almost a month even I've been told that they are personally going to get the screws and put in mail...I've called 4 different times horrible service...I'll never buy another sight from this company again.VORTEX blows them out of the water......UPDATE....SO AFTER A MONTH AFTER BEING TOLD ..THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHAT SCREWS I NEEDED ....SENT THE WRONG ONE ....IF YOUR GONNA BUY A RED DOT....BUY VORTEX....
I sent my optic in for warranty repair and Holosun never updated their new location nor deleted the old one on Google. I sent it to the old location and now my $300 optic is gone forever, thanks!
