They have bedbugs. They have known that they have bedbugs. You will not receive a refund even if you check out because of bedbugs days in advance. Check newest and lowest Google reviews. Even if you are not bit, check the bed and mattress for bedbug eggs. Do not stay here unless you want to end up spending time and money getting rid of bedbugs from your personal belongings that you traveled with or worse--your home. There was also dog hair in the bed? Front desk said they had just thrown out a boxspring that had bedbugs in it and said it was a serious problem. The people there were really, really nice but this is a traumatizing and expensive issue for guests. Location is great. If they clean the place up and take hospitality seriously, this place could really be something. I have reported this business to the Department of Health. Remember, you can sue these folks under California law since they're aware of the issue.
If I could give it a zero stars I would. We recently stayed here last weekend and I wouldn’t recommend it at all. When you walk in the lobby’s looks nice and clean but once you enter your room it’s not worth it . When we checked in we where told that if we needed housekeeping we had to request it, if we need clean towels also needed to be requested ( thankfully we brought our own) , no breakfast , we had to pay for parking which was horrible( $25 per day) for a parking that was in the back of the building where it smelled horrible ( like urine) , had trash everywhere, homeless people . It just didn’t feel safe at all . Once we checked in and got to our room it was just so disappointing it smelled horrible (cigarettes) , it was so dingy , dirty , broken floor, shower had mold , cabinets wouldn’t close all the way, toilet wouldn’t flush, paper thin walls ( the lady from the front desk although she was nice she was really loud so we couldn’t even sleep we could hear everything ) . Thankfully there was a target walking distance so we had to get some Clorox wipes and disinfectant we had kids so this experience was not the greatest . We actually cut our trip short and had requested a refund for the extra day of parking we had paid, at first I was told to talk to the manager that morning when checking out she surprisingly wasn’t there. The guy who was at the front desk said we could call the following Wednesday when she will be there. Wednesday comes around and I call and call no answer, called the following day and emails lets just say I haven’t had any luck in getting in touch with her . I understand you pay for what you get but this was not worth it . Don’t waste your money here
Don't stay here unless you plan on not being in your room much and not sleeping at all. Walls are paper thin. The people next to us had to have been up until about 4 or 5am, I quit checking after 2am. To be fair, the front desk person did go knock on their door for me the first time I went out to complain. The whole experience was just odd. The room was dingy, the shower looked gross (though it did smell like bleach/clean), the pillows, if you can even call them that were so thin it was a joke. The bed was decently comfortable. "Breakfast" was instant coffee and a community Tupperware of Applejacks 🤣. Upon checking out the lady asked me if she charged me a deposit, which was weird because if it's standard, why are you asking me if you did it? That tells me I need to make sure it falls off like she said it should. All in all, we will never stay here again. We will pay the little bit of extra to get a nicer hotel. Which obviously you get what you pay for, but this room was over $200 for the night, so we expected a little more.
The rooms are poorly managed, staff is bot friendly and everything seems to be a joke. No microwave in rooms, the extra paid parking is full of homeless people. Car is not safe parked. Wifi is very slow and useless. No soap in rooms. The lights inside room are very dirty and full of webs on top of the bed. Broken smart locks, very iffy. The stairs are very dirty. Poorly managed mess. Breakfast is almost nothing. Overpriced and dirty unsafe.
This establishment provides cheap rooms. Not much more to the place. My biggest single complaint came from checking out. I checked out on time, but the employee at the front desk gave cash my deposit to someone else. She didn't ask for ID, as I requested when I checked in, and just handed the cash to someone that had nothing to do with my reservation. This was definitely an oversight on the part of the management. I won't be making another reservation here again. If you choose to stay here, be sure to pay attention that the staff don't cheat you out of your deposit or anything else. Also, the manager will charge you if you check out and your towels are dirty. It happened to me.
This is hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel. If I could give no stars I would. I was here for only about ten minutes and felt so uneasy I had to leave. I should add I’ve stayed in all levels of accommodation world wide. |It is much more run down than the photos. I arrived early, and eas desperate for the bathroom. After waiting quite some time outside, I was greeted by a somewhat frantic women who opened the door and said, ‘do you want to pay? If you want to check in early you have to pay’ - shocked at her manner and the inhospitable greeting, I said actually I would really like to use the bathroom (there weren’t cafes or restaurants on the street and I had come from LAX). She reluctantly let me in to use the bathroom (which was filthy) and then said ‘but if you want to stay you need to pay’ followed by’ I don’t have a room ready’. I then said, well I’m happy not to check in until the time, so can I store my luggage?’ To which she replied that will be a 25 dollar charge. I had already paid a premium after booking through a third party. I then said, look, this isn’t going to work, as I’m in LA for 24 hours and therefore will need to store my luggage again tomorrow after check out. She said, you can, for 20 dollars!?!? Not sure why the price is different or why I should pay 45 dollars on top of what I paid for the hotel. |She then disappeared off to clean and feeling uncomfortable I started to look for other hotels online. |I then went to go out of the door (as I wasn’t allowed to store bags or check in) when she returned and said she had a room ready. I said I would be popping out for now, to which she quickly responded ‘so you are forfeiting your stay?’ - an odd thing to say since I couldn’t check in without a fee at that time or store luggage. |I believe they are double booking rooms and getting rid of people with their atrocious customer service.|The place is also really quite disgusting, at least for what I was charged on a third party site. |This place needs looking into. Avoid at all costs. |This person went to the US version Faulty Towers school of hospitality… on steroids. |Vile.
Only stayed for 10-15 minutes but are highlights included;|Drunk reception. |Dingy cupboard bedroom/hotel room right next to reception. |Wee smell. |Dirty bathroom. |Dirty floors. |Bars on windows🤔|Drunk people walking in and out (remember we’re only here for 15 minutes). |Rock hard lumpy bed. |The “you need to pay” even though we already had trick. |The $60 cash only deposit🤔. |All this within 15 minutes. |We were booked in for 3 nights luckily we had booked through booking.com and got some of are money back, I would not have worried if we didn’t get anything back. |We walked around the corner and talked to a guy who was working at Lowes Hotel and he said it was more of a hostel than a hotel, probably about right but I am 56 not 16!!!
Great location for Hollywood, but this is a dirty hotel with poor service. We had 1 roll of toilet that had about 1/4” of paper left on it for 4 women. My feet were dirty after walking on the floor of the room. Trash outside the door piled up.
This place is great- large and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staffs from both front desk and room cleaning. They would also help you open and close your car doors. I especially like how this hotel is tall and has a large sign, so you can locate i
I had a very nice and fun experience. The museum is a guided tour where you can see a lot of famous movie props such as Batman, Terminator, Jurassic etc. Some of the exhibits are interactive and they can activated by the guide. It's not very long but

The service, food, and atmosphere is definitely worthy of a 5 ð star ð review. Every single person I encountered was personable, had a genuine smile on their face, and offered nothing but top-notch service. The food was incredible! The oysters
Best theater experience ever! Very quick to get in, lines moved very fast, and security was super nice. The theater was clean, the only complaint would be that the seats are a little small and close together. Beautiful stage, we saw the Original Batm
Extremely beautiful place. The woman in the front who is sort of the host/barista/waitress brews the tea perfectly and she is so kind and attentive.
The chef does a great job because all the food was delicious. The tomato soup is the best. I really
We had lunch here and it was amazing (specially for the price). We tried an animal style cheeseburger (really good, but next time we will go for a double double animal style as the patties are really thin), a Flying Dutchman onion wrapped (even bette
I absolutely love this place. Always the freshest ingredients, excellent, polite service. I've been going to this restaurant every time I'm in Los Angeles for the past 10 years. It's one of the only places in the country that make me crave Italian. P
Easy parking in the front or in the back.
Friendly service and multiple registers to help you when it gets busy.
Try the new big macro burger, which actually tasted like a filet of fish sandwich from McDonaldâs . Hahah
