Hollywood Beach Tower - Hotel in Hollywood - 301 Harrison St, USA

This is a time share property. Rooms were not regularly cleaned or maintained as far as we could tell. Supplies were low, the ice machine didn't work, and the pool and hot tub were HOT and were Closed one day. Activities listed did not happen for the most part. The location was fantastic! Bars and restaurants are all very good, so close to everything. Most of all, the beach was amazing! Overall, it's an ok place to stay, especially with families.:)

My daughter and I arrived super early due to our plane flight being so early, well before checkin. The front desk attendant Rihta was extremely helpful and attentive!! ||The hotel is a bit dated, but the room was clean and comfortable. It worked for us!! ||On checkout they held our bags for us and gave us a temporary key to continue to use the amenities until it was time for us to leave for the airport. ||Would be nice if they provided free coffee or tea in the lobby since there is no onsite restaurant.||Overall nice stay!

I was pleasantly surprised by this HBT. It’s an older hotel, but one you can’t beat. The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Sammy, the security guard who has an amazing vibe. He helped me make a 10 point turn to get out of the parking garage (which is very tight)! ||The resort is and was always clean! They were constant vacuuming or washing the floors! ||The room had a Murphy bed, a pull out chair, and a full kitchen. I don’t have any complaints here either! It was clean and fully stocked.||The location is unbelievable! Right on the beach and boardwalk!

My husband and I had a great trip last year while staying here. This year… some things have changed. There isn’t much open right by the hotel anymore, though all in walking distance of the broad walk. Seems sort of in the run down , old area of the beach. The staff re arranged the rooms that were booked because we did not expect joining rooms with our friends and for someone to sleep on a pullout murphy wall bed. They did it quickly and got us in normal rooms without kitchens. Upon my husband going to the bathroom , the seat was lifted up, and there was fecal matter on the toilet seat underside. The tub didn’t drain quickly. Thankfully I bring Clorox wipes on trips and cleaned up, wiped surfaces down that now became feeling unclean. Pool towels were said to be returned by 10:00, to avoid being charged, but nobody asks for a room number when receiving or returning. The beach is RIGHT outside and is great

- We were told at the time of booking that we'd have 1 BR to sleep 3 (condo) and 1 standard room for two but both rooms were the exact same. Be careful and triple check as this can result in some people not having proper accommodation - Both rooms had a pull out couch, however Housekeeping didn’t have extra sheets and blankets, so the pull out couch didn’t have a blanket. When asked upon check-in for extra blankets, was told that the hotel was sold out and that they did not have extras of anything. We would've brought our own blankets had we known there would not be an accomodation for the family member, but we were unaware which caused a displeasing stay. - Cockroach/dead bug in room - Upon checking in, one of the rooms had flooding in the bathroom. Maintenance came and fixed it but it was still unpleasant to have that as the first thing to walk into - Charge for parking came as a separate fee that was not included at time of booking. We had one vehicle which occupied one parking space, yet two charges for parking? What about people who uber from the airport? People without vehicles shouldn't have to pay. - 5 guests overall but only 1 key per room

Where do I start? To kick it off, upon arrival, our room was not ready, and we needed to wait until after 4 O'clock to check in (check in is 3:00). The front desk staff said that they would call us once the room was ready. That never happened. We had to stop back at the desk, and they informed us that the room was ready. The front desk staff was rude and not at all helpful. The entire floor that we stayed on stunk of weed everyday but our last. I thought this was a NO smoking property.||The first day we were there, the hot tub was not working. The second day it was fixed, but the chemicals in it were so strong that it bleached and ruined my wife's new swimsuit. The day before we left, someone walked into our locked room unannounced while my wife was changing. It was later determined that this was a hotel employee. When trying to notify the General Manager about the incident, we had to wait over 30 minutes before the GM would see us. When my wife asked about why this was taking so long, the employee at the desk told her that she needed to settle down and wait. It was only after I said I was going to call the Police and report a break in that they brought us to the GM's office. Instead of an apology, we were given every excuse under the sun. The employee is new, he went into the wrong room, he doesn’t speak much English. For our inconvenience the GM told us that she would credit us back the $184 resort fee. This also did not happen, and I had to email the resort to get the charges credited back to my card.||Overall, a very poor presentation. The hot tub was filthy, and the chemicals were not suitable for occupancy. The pool tile had a scum over it like it had not been cleaned in months. The rooms are in need of updating, and the staff is absolutely horrendous.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. If you're looking for a beachfront retreat with a perfect blend of comfort and seaside charm, Hollywood Beach Tower is the ideal choice. I can't wait to return and unwind in this coastal gem. 🏖️🌅

“A week well spent brings another week full of content” is the term I would use to describe our stay at Hollywood Beach Tower. The rooms were clean, spacious, well equipped and the kitchen had all the tools we needed to prepare our own meals during our stay. Having the opportunity to pick up new clean towels for each trip down to the pool or the beach was a huge plus! Tiki bar in the pool area made it super convenient to get fresh drinks and cool down under the hot summer sun! Beach access is extremely convenient and super close! The beds and pillows were fantastic and we are (picky)! But most important of all the service was 100/10! After our checkout we left some valuable items behind, I was saddened as some of the items had a huge sentimental value. We called right away and within 18 hours our valuables were back in our hands! I can’t thank the employees of this hotel enough for making this an unforgettable getaway for us and our loved ones. We will definitely be back and will continue to recommend this location to anyone looking for a beach getaway!
