Hollytree Apartments - Apartment complex in Tyler - 6100 Hollytree Dr, USA

I lived at Hollytree Apts for a year. There was a water leak on the top floor which flooded my apt. They ripped out my living room walls and ceiling and just covered them with a plastic sheet. They left my living room covered in sheet rock dust and debris, which I had to clean. Four months later, the room was still not fixed. They told me they were still waiting for insurance to pay. After I moved out, they tried charging me hundreds in damages. I do not recommend living here.

The property is very well maintained and gives the welcoming feeling. We have the pleasure of working with Kasey Alvarado. Kassy was so nice to us. My son likes to mess with people (in a friendly way) and Kassy was a sport about it. She made us feel very comfortable and didn’t hesitate to answer all of our questions. She got us stared with the paperwork right away. She actually said “welcome home” as she shook our hands.

Awful experience here. Only redeeming factor is the kind front desk lady. The maintenance crew is nice but expect to either wait weeks to get anything fixed, or to have to breathe down the throat of the office until it’s done. The management has always been rude I’m my experience. At least Tanya. They charge an additional 75-100 in fees every month. I had a way better experience in North Tyler at Oxford point. And that complex is not good. Find somewhere else you’ll be happy later.

Looking to rent an apartment and came across Hollytree. Kassy was so kind and helpful with trying to find the right one for me. Great customer service here. Hoping to stay here in the future.

Kassy is very nice, professional, and informed. We had a very nice time touring their different layouts and will likely consider this as our future home!

I was once a resident here... Two bedroom on the left above the photo... It was an Awesome experience...loved it all... But went into the military to serve our country. I'm looking to move back in... Great Place to call Home!!

We were unfortunately unable to do a walkthrough of our unit before moving in. Upon arrival we found the dishwasher to be broken with standing rancid and molded water, an atrocious air vent/filter that hadn't been cleaned or maintained since god knows when, sprinkler system caps just falling off in all parts of the apartment, toilets dirty, oven dirty with the oven racks shoved in upside down making it nearly impossible to remove them to even be cleaned and the list goes on. While the majority of the issues were fixed fairly quickly I am sad to say that I am now facing further issues they're not willing to fix. Such as having identical bathrooms in a 2bed 2bath rental and in 1 bathroom the door is swollen to the point it won't close over the bathroom mat. It's a cheap hollow core door that could simply be replaced. But instead I am being told to basically just not use a bath mat if I want the door to be able to close. In the SAME bathroom the tub is also off level and the water doesn't properly drain leaving standing water after every use. I have put in the request 2 if not 3 times and it just keeps getting denied, I have called and spoke with the manager and have also emailed the property management about this issue with pictures and videos. At this point I'd rather spend our money elsewhere... what good is it renting 2bed 2bath and not able to utilize your 2nd bathroom under normal circumstances. I was also shocked because it was not mentioned in any virtual tour or notated on their website - there is no ceiling or overhead light fixture or fans in the bedroom. So you live in darkness or must buy several lamps as lighting for the bedrooms- just something to consider if you are looking at renting here.
