John is very professional, courteous, and customer friendly. He installed my new computer. He takes great pride in the quality of service he provides. He listens extremely well and will address any and all concerns you may have.
They solved my problem. It took time, it took a few visits, and it took a lot of patience on their part. My issue was hardware failure that looked like user error. John took my concerns seriously. He did all of the rational diagnostics with diligence. He taught me how to do a lot of the diagnostic work myself. When he was, at last, able to identify and prove the issue, he had it fixed and back in my hands almost immediately. Fantastic service, thoughtful, thorough, and accurate.
John from Holloway Support System upgraded our desktop computer to Windows 10. He did this quickly and efficiently. The transition was very smooth and easy. Would highly recommend HSS for all your computer needs.
John saved my problem in stopping and going while typing longer texts. He cleaned up my old computer so the speed of the machine is fine now. In addition, we installed the new modem which I got from xFinity. Thanks nd I will again again if necessary.

When I dropped off computer young girl was working and was not knowledgeable of computers.She couldn't answer any questions that I had had to leave a $75 non refundable deposit. The laptop was old i didn't want to put much money in it. I wanted to know was it worth fixing or just getting a new one. So I left it around $150.00 later for a broken screen it wasn't completely a rip off but I would have gotten a new one instead if I knew the total before they stated to fix it. Also, when they called me to pick it up it was very hard to talk with them.
