Hollis Hotel - Hotel in Jamaica - 183-02 Jamaica Ave, USA

DO NOT LET THE HOTEL PICTURES FOOL YOU. When I arrived at the hotel I checked in and the lady at the front gave me a “Smoking room” Which for one I did not ask for I went upstairs and it reeked of cigarette smell. I went back downstairs and she changed me room and this is where the nightmare began. Horrible Experience Place Was Filthy Fruit Fly Infested and as-well as multiple Roaches Spotted in the room. Cigarette Holes in the comforter as-well as brown stains all over the walls. Also once I asked for a refund was denied one. I had to make a claim with my bank to get my money back. I was also woken up by gun shots right outside the hotel at 5 in the morning. The walls are very hallow so you can hear everything that is going with your neighbors and the hallways. Horrible place would never recommend anybody stay here. There was also a telephone in the room that was plugged into nothing so it wasn’t even usable. As well as a lamp that did not work with drawings of a kite on it. I think some of the stuff I witnessed at this “Hotel” many wouldn’t even see at a MOTEL. Hole in the closet. No hanger in the closet,noise from the street, had to beg for pillows and towels.People making noise all night .Phone didn't work.Cler at the desk was rude. Room service was poor.

Worst experience. I checked in. Bad service, When I got to my room the bed was a mess. I went back to the reservation room and asked why the game me the wrong room or key. Then they gave another key. When I got to the room. Someone was sleeping there and started yelling at me. I went back to the reservation room and I asked to get my money back I left. 😡😡
