Not a bad location nor price but the bathtub was disgusting I did see dead bugs behind the bathroom door. Sheets were washed but still not ideal and your 60$ dollars are none refundable.
It was the cheapest motel around, ac was cold, it kept me off the streets for a night. It was worth it for a hot shower.
It’s was uncomfortable seeing So many people just lingering around the parking lot all night long. However the deal breaker was the attitude I received by the front desk manager/Owner. As i attempted to park the car this man confronted very aggressively about a parking space he wanted left empty, for what reason I can’t say he didn’t explain why he only demanded me to move right away in total frustration and a look of disgust…. His behavior was over the top , unkind and just unnecessary. It was hard to endure. The room needed a fresh towel and regrettably i attempted to retrieve one but he rejected me so quick that I was speechless. He made me feel like I was asking for too much and if he would of had to give a towel. It would of only been a inconvenience. That establishment lacks compassion for their customers and I wish I would of never spent a dime at that place. They don’t seem to care for the people who keep them in business. If your looking for a cold negative environment stay there. My experience was horrible to say the least. # Nightmare status!
Absolutely the rudest owner at the front desk. Harassed me in the parking lot for getting a non smoking room because I had my infant with me. Any time I came out of the room she walked over to say something rude to me. Then promptly at 11 barged in my room without knocking then yelled at me for scaring her... she knew I was still in there. Now, a day later I've noticed bites all over me. The shower leaks water all over the floor. There were car air freshners hanging on the lights in the room. Don't stay there. For 16 dollars more there is a MUCH NICER hotel less than a block away.
I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. I was offered a room that was suppose to be non-smoking and the lady that owns the hotel swore up and down that their was no smell in the room. Instead of just offering me another room, she grabbed another person from the hotel to smell the room. I find that rude. This hotel charges you a lock out fee of $5.00 dollars which I think is crazy but it's their rules and I understand that. The issue I have is when I went to the front to advise I left my key in my room, she begin to lecture me on why I should have not left my key in my room. Last time I checked, my mother lives in California. I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights for $40.00 a night and I think I deserve better customer service than that. I was in a tight situation where I had to stay at this hotel and they did not make it better. The lady's exact words when I told her that's not a way to treat or talk to people: "I don't care!" Well people with businesses who don't care about people tend to lose their business later. You reap what you sow.
I am only giving this a one star rating because I couldn't give it a lower rating. The hotel itself is a relatively quiet hotel. But they do the bare minimal with cleaning...and don't dare be 2 minutes after check out time...they will come yelling, screaming, and knocking like the police. Mind you, we had already paid in advance for 4 days there. The older Asian lady that manages the place is QUITE LITERALLY the rudest business owner I have ever encountered. If you don't understand professionalism, don't go into the hospitality industry...for sure. Simply boils down to respect. The hotel itself is bare minimal, but a roof and warm water and decent pricing. The disrespect and unprofessionalism left a forever lasting impression. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
This place is very poor maintained. The rooms are dirty, roach infested, rats, & other insects crawling all over the place. I would not recommend this place to my enemies. The staff is rude, and when you ask for common items like towels, sheets, blankets they tell you NO. The hot water is also an issue, that doesn't get turned on until 4 pm each day. Why would any hotel/motel want to tell me when to take a shower. Is this even legal or a violation of the city ordinance.
Price was fair ......room wasn't all that bad.... wish they was the comforters It don't seem like they washed them very often. And there are non-smoking rooms, but they sure don't smell like it. I wouldn't stay there. For like a week on a vacation or what not just maybe a dip in somewhere to sleep rest your head. But other than that. I went and prefer. A place to stay one night is $45 flat. Cheapest room that's in Killeen

Everything on the plate was cooked perfect! Everything was seasoned just right and the sauce on the wings was great! I had lemon pepper and hot honey. Iâll definitely be eating here again
This place was a ton of family fun! Located in Killeen. Its a great place to relieve some work stress, take out some frustration on that annoying exâs photo or just smash some stuff up because you had a ruff day. Family friendly, clean, military fr
