Was only picking up a friend, and this place is so rundown. I wouldn't stay here if I had a choice.
Rooms were nasty bugs on the bed I had to go-to the office get bug spray I would never stay there again thin want you to pay 65 for that trash
Ok but overpriced for what you get. No pool. No Extras
Clean rooms but not pet friendly even though no carpet and hardly no guests in back, maid accused us of stealing a blanket and pillow on way out, couldn't get personal things out of room without walking around housekeeping who came immediately when we told management we were checking out at 915 am ck out is 11 am. So all in all poor customer service and treatment by housekeeping who has the most interaction with guests...
The price per week could be better especially if they tent rooms with two beds about five to six hundred less than single bed rooms. No one is allowed to come and visit, so no grandchildren or other family members if you are to stay. Can't open Windows for fresh air instead of a/c
Not cleaned wouldn't recommend lots of bed bugs disgusting refused to give me another room and no money back even after trying to show the owner the several videos. Of the bed bugs replaced the bed in the same room had to wait in the sun for two hours and then still charged me fifty dollars no good not got service
Holiday Plaza is wonderful.. My wife and I have been staying here for the past three months and the staff and owners are friendly and very courteous. They have the best extended stay prices and the rooms are very clean. I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling into Bryan that needs a nice, comfy, friendly environment to rest their heads.
They woke me up at 8:30 in the morning to get my towels did not bring any replacement towels until 10:30 or 11:30 and then they still were short the small washcloths and bath towels. They even question me one time who was coming to visit me to my room. Not very nice not good business
