First off, I will mention some of the lower level concerns, and then talk about the more serious ones later. The park has extremely narrow streets, making it difficult to tow anything over a 25 foot travel trailer comfortably. In addition to the streets, being very narrow they were also very old and have lots of potholes and loose gravel everywhere allowing lots of mud to seep through and cover your entire campsite. It is a constant daily battle, trying to keep the area clean with as much rain as South Florida receives during the summertime. For the price they are charging you would think everything would be in tiptop shape yet the Internet works approximately 25% of the time, the pool has been down for the last two months and the common bathrooms are not very well kept. Also, their on-site laundry looks to be at least 40 to 50 years old as the machines have been on their last legs for the last couple decades. Now onto the more concerning aspects of the park. With the park being outdated, it seems as if they do not put any money back in to keep things functioning properly. The park reeks of raw sewage 24 seven to the point where I have become nauseous and throwing up, my wife as well. They decided to do some thing about the neighbors because his sewage was leaking onto the ground for approximately two weeks. They sent out a company who completely flooded the area with raw brown sewage, flooding 3 to 4 campsites, and after the pipe was clean, they packed up and left the message to Self drain back into the Earth. I don’t know much about EPA regulations, but that cannot be legal to do something like that. That was the day that I decided I’ve had enough and moved out of the place. I have never seen anything more despicable or disgusting in my life from a business of this size

The place is very narrow and tightly packed. Usually I wouldn’t mind. I also don’t mind, that the spots are really old and could use some fresh concrete. That is all okay. What is not okay however is to charge 70 $ and still don’t bother to clean the toilets and showers. They have been quite disgusting and by the looks of it not just since yesterday. I wouldn’t come again.

This park is located between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami with easy access from I-95 and the Florida Turnpike. 100 + full service sites w/ water, sewer and electric. 30 and 50 amp available. Heated pool/ pet friendly. The park is extremely crowded during season as many people stay the entire winter season. Pricing thru April is $45/night and $35 off season. The spaces are like a jigsaw puzzle. 2 units are put on a space that normally would be for one unit at other parks...so you need to be able to maneuver well !! You need to ask for a key at check-in for access to baths and showers; also for WiFi password (in case they forget to tell you). WiFi kind of comes and goes...fine for emails and web search...not good for business type needs. But they tell you that at the front office. ||Pool bath very modern and nice/baths in back of park not as modernized (showers specifically could be retiled, etc). There are lots of mature oak trees and if you park at back of park..very quiet and shady. Front of park..traffic all day and night. Big advantage of the park is the location. Very close to Haulover Beach..which also has a dog beach on the weekends and a wonderful dog park. The beach is outstanding. Very clean/good parking/lots of clean nice bathrooms and showers. Dog beach also has a dog shower ! The thoroughbred race track is 2 miles away from the park with races all day long on Sat and Sun; lots of great shopping and restaurants. I did not give it a higher rating because of the small RV spaces and the condition of the bathrooms in the back. Also..the $35/nights is a much better value. Definitely go off season...so many open spaces that you do not need reservations. The location to the beach is excellent and there do not appear to be any RV parks in the area. We will definitely go again !!

Stayed in this park for 4 months. We had a bush in the way of our doorway to our RV and instead of being accommodating, the "manager" pretty much told us to go find another place to live. If you don't like it here there are plenty of other parks to live in. Never cashed our check the first month until other renters complained to her to start cashing their checks. The "manager" is also never in the office even though the last month we were there she moved into and was pretty much our neighbor, she still did nothing to make the park any better The manager is extremely disrespectful. The park is Dirty. Not taken care of. We were never checked in. Never received keys to the bathrooms etc. Water would shut off randomly and were never warned ahead of time. Poor management. Rude management. Places were being broken into.

Forget the conceptions about trailer park living. Park is clean, quiet, and employs a staff above and beyond cordial, and accommodating. Been in Florida almost two years now. And can finally call someplace home.

Not a good place to stay, trash all over the place, the pool was dirty and so are the bathrooms. Mold growing on shower curtains. The concrete patio was broken up. Just not a nice place for what they charge, Office staff was unfriendly. There is nothing I can say good about this place There are rv parks on both sides that are real nice for the same money.

Clean. Very tight spots and not recommended for large rv's. A nice place but definitely only full time. This is not a place to go for only a few days. No one was at the office and I had to walk around and look for someone. We ended up parking on a street in front of the bathrooms/laundry with an extended cord.||
