Holiday Motel - Motel in Englewood - 4475 S Broadway, USA

This motel is a most unique place: I have stayed here several times and will continue to choose this place. The owners and staff have treated me like family and quickly addressed any issues I've had. The manager, Ann, is the most hard working employee, is very knowledgeable and takes pride in her work..... maintenance staff does the same. Happy employees come from a happy work environment and a place like that will always be my first choice!!!

Recently stayed here, the staff here is definitely 100% better. I actually enjoyed my stay and I never thought I'd be able to say that ! Patricia and jasmine definitely cleaned up the rooms and got new curtains, towels, and bedding. I felt OK with being in the room we stayed in. CRAZY!!!!! This motel has always been disgusting and I've never felt safe and comfortable in ANY South Broadway motels! I'll definitely stay more often

It's cheap some amenities aren't available.The rooms are at least clean I've yet to see any pests anywhere.This place is clean ,and the staff are fair if you keep it real with them.They have done alot of cosmetic work on the place recently.Its looking good ,and its clean Pay on time be honest and youll be fine.

Had to stay waiting on apartment. The manager keeps all trespasser away. No bugs or rodents. I would stay again if the need comes up. I used my own sheets and pillows.

Its dirty. There is no trash can or toilet paper in the room. The toilet still had someones hospital bracelet in it. The shower is gross I even cleaned it but still haven't used it .The front desk is never there and you ring a bell but nobody comes. They gave me 2remotes for the tv but neither work. The heater never turns off and the vents on the wall look like they are about to fall off. The windows are painted over and are sealed shut. The bathroom floor is falling apart....so despite all that the place is pretty quite. I haven't seen any drama. The people in the office and maintenance are nice and friendly so I guess it makes the stay here not too bad.

So this place actually tried to deny me because of my service animal! I have stage 4 small cell lung cancer I need my service animal! In Colorado they can not ask for proof they can only ask what duties he performs. I gave them that info told them it's against Ada and they were descriminating and the little rude woman told me well I have the right to refuse service to anyone so I'm refusing service! I was recently rendered homeless and all belongings lost due to a "friend" doing me dirty so my papers were lost. I explained that! Didn't matter. Then I left without being rude or anything had to try to jump my friends car... Was trying and the owners sent someone out to tell me to leave or they would call the police! I'm asking for a jump the hood was up for Christ's sakes! I will be reporting this place for discrimination and a.d.a violations! Want attorney wants this case? Bet there's a lot!

Current Owner is nice out room ok except for the tub looks as if it was painted with indoor paint it's pealing and the bathroom plugs don't work and one of the plug outlets in the kitchen don't work seen only one roach that's it thermostat doesn't work management likes to run the place like your living solitary confinement no visitors or visiting each other in room's it took a friend to talk to current owner we'd been friends for almost 8yrs and we don't drink or do drugs for him to change his mind. Now our stay has been much more pleasant. Good location much happier so far

Stayed on a free voucher. But would not pay to stay here. Dirty bathtubs with peeling. Dirty shower curtain. Broken window. Old bedding and beds. Carpets are filthy. No towels or soap. No trash cans. Deadbolt didn't lock. Didn't even have keys for the room. Had to be in unsafe room with no way to lock my door.
